" Frauds. They give wrong results. Either their pathology lab has wrong systems or they mix up samples. My samples were handled at the gurgaon branch where they gave ny HBA1C as 5.8 whereas I am diabetic since last 8 years and i was sure their report was incorrect. They also gave my FBS and PPBS as 100 and 120 whereas never have i scored below 200 fasting ever in the last 1 year. I requested a recheck. They said ok and said it is the same results. I am sure they lied because if they would have rechecķed they would have identified the mistake either they mixed up samples or they do not conduct the tests rightfully. In both cases it is a big fraud towards the customer. Next day i went to another lab, SRL diagnostics and they gave my HBA1C as 11.5 . This is the correct one and imagine according to healthheart path labs it was 5.8 which mean no diabetes and 11.5 means immediate attention. If i would have trusted Healthheart i can be maybe dead in a few days. YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO THE PATIENTS. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR OPERATIONS. I REQUEST AUTHORITIES to cancel their licence of operation and dear fellow customers. Choose wisely. "
I should be given a refun so I use it somewhere else for another set of tests. Please see that your labs or people working at the labs are giving your company a bad name and being the owner I thought you should know.
I am still awaiting a call from a senior, Pallavi told me she will arrange one BUT no one called.

I have done my test on 4th of Oct'21. they charge me 999 per person for 100 plus test. at the time off booking they said report will come same day but after chasing 2 days they sent me reports. AFTER RECIVING SAME IT's SHOCK for me that ALL 3 reports result are same.
when i call there so called Fake customer care number they said our senior will call but didn't received.
Next day when i called them they said apke liye thodi...

This company HealthHeart.in is a fraud company. They take all personal details of the patients and then sell all the medical related data of its customers to pharma companies, hospitals and other companies. They also used second hand and repacked syringe that is thrown away by hospitals. The Govt of India has issued an advisory against using the services of this path lad.
