I ordered some medicines in healthmug and also amount to be debited from my account but product order is not confirmed...

I ordered some medicines in healthmug
Charges for that product is already debited but order not confirmed

I made payment for my orders and rs 976 was debited from my account. Reference payu id[protected]. I made many complaints and no response. Neither my order is executes nor money refunded.

Today, on 26 August 2019, i placed my order of one hairoil. I headed to payment and paid the amount of my order but neither i received any message nor email of my order confirmation. The amount is deducted from my account. Again i opened the website and sign in.
Now after signing in it is seen like my order is not showing in orders of my account. Heathmug haven't provided any customer care no. Or email or any thing. Now i feel like heathmug is fraud and took my money fraudently.

Its been one mth tht i orderd a few items from healthmug.com and no news yet from the site on my order...

I hv mailed my complaint to them at least 6 times... Each time i mail them with the complaint... They reply tht the details will b shared within 24-48 hrs...

Infact they hv stopped responding to mails nw...
I ordered on 18 march... Order no od[protected]

They dont pick up the helpline phone number

I really regret paying them in advance... I wish i hd nt ordered frm here...

At least they r required to update...

Fraud website in name of customer service, they have kept some dumb receptionist who picks up the call and doesn't answer. When i was ordering the medicine it was showing it will be delivered within 1-3 days and now estimated time is 1 week. I have even mailed them but i haven't received any reply. For past two days the tracking details is showing medicine has dispatched from dtdc noida but i dont know how big noida is that medicine hasnt reached me in two days.
Now i am not able to even cancel the order as i have already bought the medicine from store which i think is the best option in case of medicine because this is the only commodity which should have the delivery as its priority.
