No body responce regarding my complain ref...no-[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], every time customer executive says that ur product problem has solved by bour technician, but till now no body to consult me for my complain i said to customer executive then he said ok i highlighted ur complain and a email refered to the concerned service centre he will approach u within 24-48 hrs, again i talk to customer when technician visited to me then he said ur service has been resolved as per my system updated, , , how it is possible i questioned to them then he registerd a new complain with new ref. no..again and again...but till now no body to consult to resolve my product problem...

    I have purchase 4 heavels fan and led light from vapi haevels distrubutor in dec-2017. Led light not work and given the complain by mail from [protected]@yahoo.co.in on 15.06.18 but no action till now. Thereafter also re mail for the same to hire level but only call to say we will send the engineer but same repiting and no action taken till now.
