non refund of bus cancelled ticket amount
On[protected] myself book bus ticket for Chennai to Hosur, travel date[protected] for Rs.490/-. PNR: HT[protected] in Hebron Transport Chennai. On that day of[protected] the said bus not available for boarding. the said transport Chennai branch was closed and No one available at the time of 04.00am, boarding time 04.15 am on[protected]. I received message that Bus was cancelled. Myself go to other service and gone another bus and reach the location delay by 2 hrs. Till now the amount was not refunded. Pls arrange the refund amount.

unnecessary forced to ticket buying.
I have booked 2 ticket in your bus.t ticket no. HT[protected].id no. PSEE81The vellore transport agent of yours forced me to buy a another ticket for my 3 years old baby. He told me that he didn't allow my baby in the bus. His behavior is so rough. I have to complain to consumer forum against your bus transport if that's really happened when the bus come. Very disappointed. I will share my opinion to all of my social contacts. They should known about yours service.

I booked a ticket from shollinganallur to hyderabad but i didn't travel bcoz of bus broke down... Worst service, staff taking rudely and there is no time maintenance. If passengers are less then they will change the boarding point like anything. They are saying that bus broke down and some other stories.

Worst service ever, we booked 6:15 am bus chennai to trichy. We opted this bus as it was the only early bus. We had emergency situation which made us opt this bus.
There was a message stating bus would be delayed by 15 min, we were ok with that as there might be situation for anyone but to our surprise the bus was delayed by 1.5 hours. It's really not fair.
It's not joke to stand in road for 1.5hours during emergency. I see them irresponsible. When they don't have responsibilities they don't care for people.
Initially their service was good to attract people, now when they gained name they lost the responsibility.
Worst service, i regret booking in hebron, i don't know if this issue will be responded but it's my duty to report the complaints.
There was a message stating bus would be delayed by 15 min, we were ok with that as there might be situation for anyone but to our surprise the bus was delayed by 1.5 hours. It's really not fair.
It's not joke to stand in road for 1.5hours during emergency. I see them irresponsible. When they don't have responsibilities they don't care for people.
Initially their service was good to attract people, now when they gained name they lost the responsibility.
Worst service, i regret booking in hebron, i don't know if this issue will be responded but it's my duty to report the complaints.

I travelled today from vellore to bangalore in hebron. I often use to travel in hebron. But in recent times i started hating this travels. The first bus which arrives around 6.30am in vellore from chennai, the travels will provide you a contact number which they will never pick up. There is no bus driver contact number provided and also no tracking of the bus. I was calling them from 5.45am. They dint pick the call. I wanted to change my boarding point. And am unaware of any of their numbers. Suddenly around 6.20am i got a call from them saying they are waiting for me for half an hour. They should have called me priorly. Moreover they asked to come vellore from arcot in 5 mins which is around 23-25 kms. We reached in 6 mins exactly. When we are on the way to boarding point which is 2 kms still, they were calling me continuously. We were already going in 140+ speed. (Which really made me upset). Just to board one bus we are risking our lives. As soon as we reached bus started moving. We ran and boarded. The driver was very rude. And when i asked that why they dint pick the call, the assisting person was very careless saying it's not his job. But instead of all these, they can provide drivers contact number/live tracking and also bus registration number. I agree it's my mistake also in changing the boarding point. But to intimate, there is no one. And this hurry hurry was not the first time. Sometimes they will ask to even arrive 30 mins before. I have observed this happening in the first bus from chennai to bangalore. Please send the contact numbers properly or it will put lives at risk.

Couple of my trip with hebron transports was not good. Either delay by 1 or 2 hours, quality of the bus not upto the standards, bus swapping. Yesterday (02/11/2018), booked a ticket in mercedes sleeper from trivandrum to trichy. But bus body alone from mercedes and bus coach got customised by prakash coach factory. Just like a mirage/imitation of original mercedes class. They asked me to travel in other bus from trivandrum to nagercoil
Please try avoiding this low cost/low standard travel provider.

One of the worst ever experience that i have been subjected to on the chennai - bangalore route. Not only was the bus delayed by about 40 minutes and we were all stranded on the roads in heavy rain for that time. There was no sense of remorse or regret on the driver’s front. They were furthermore condescending and nonchalant when asked about the delay.
A service as reputable and expensive (Comparitively) as this should not subject their customers to such ill treatment.
And if i many add this is not the first time.

Hebron cheated me.I had booked Scania Multi-axle bus but they gave me a normal bus Fully Disappointed must Refund my Money Otherwise i'll file a case against Hebron if do not take immediate action.

Very worst timing.. Past 1.5 hours we have waited.. There is no clear response from chengalpattu hebron booking office. Also we can't able to contact driver number... They have keeping their mobile in not reachable condition.. Then why are you sharing that number to customer.. No clear response from both side... We won't choose here after hebron travels here after... Very very worst.. Try to keep better good service and communication.

Hebron transports treats customers like # when we ask our money... I paid for an ac bus. The ac did not work, bus broke down on the way and they took one and a half hour to arrange the next bus.. Meanwhile they stopped some other travels on the way and adding few passengers.. Ladies waited on the highway for about one and a half hour for the next bus.. There was delay when we reached bangalore from chennai. I raised a refund requests and the agent spoke like he is least bothered about the service and was rude!!

Even if we book flight tickets abd there is any change in flight meansvthey properly call the passengers and make necessary steps. Aferall bus people don’t they have sense to contact passengers and inform them. The worst bus service i never seen in my 20 years travelling experience. I suggest don’t book tickets with them. U will be caught the staff behaviour no need to explain. Third class bus and service.

It is very service of your travels, better is govt vehicles little responsive, delay pick and not conivinent for drop also, I would say better you may operate only local ticket service as share auto or taxi which is fitted to you, better make others life miserable you shall at least keep shut your mouth and others things in the market

I am Haritha, Today I was about to board that Hebron bus from NIT Trichy. Scheduled at 5.35 am. I didn't get any tracking message. When I contacted the bus in charge person, he answered in an irresponsible manner like we don't stop at NIT. Then why the hell he keep the boarding point places at NIT Trichy. 2.30 hrs. delay departure. no proper communications
Ticket no.TM2A14083820/PNR no.HT[protected]Coimbatore to Chennai dt.09.01.18 - 8.30 p.m.). First the bus operator informed that 1/2 an hr delay after that no proper communications and I have asked them to initiate refund, but nothing happened. Further, contacted Redbus as because ticket booked through them, but their service is THIRD CLASS and their customer care is do not have the basic knowledge how to solve the problem and they have not even bother to give the complaint number. Mail sent to both (bus operator and Red bus), still no response. Bus, delayed 2 1/2 hrs late and not departed from the boarding point. It starts 20 Km away from the Coimbatore outskirt.

Travellig from tiruchendur i th ebus no ar01 j6036 from the very begining of the journey cleaner only driving the bus upto tuticorin then driver drive the bus again cleaner only drove up to trichy. Always travel only in 110 km speed which is not al all suits our condition of road.co passengers had warned the driver even after that they didnt reduced the speed. Of the journey. The bus is also assembled one so it makes the passengers to feel so un comfortable. Cost is also very high in all total this was not at all a good journey with hebron transports

This was the first time and mostly last time i will be using hebron or. Recommend the same.
I started in chennai banglore bus at 4 30 am at koyambedu and i got seat number 24. As the journey started the push back in my seat was not working and i asked the conductor about it and he said he will check. Then the bus started and more passenger started to get in and person in front of my seat got in and he reclined the seat and now i was not able to sit properly! I called the conductor again and he said it has already been informed. To. Office and he asked me to adjust this time! Paying 600 rs for a ride why should i adjust for a poor maintainace of a bus
Moreover why didn't the conductor or the driver inform me prior while boarding so that i could have cancelled the boarding which was not done!
So in short i had to sit in same position for 7 hours paying 600 rs.

This is chandru. I got a hebron semi sleeper bus from silk board bangalore on aug'16th 2017 to chennai. I didn't book the ticket by the way. While i'm getting into the bus, the driver said ticket rate will be rs.450/-. Bus started and after half an hour, cleaner came and asked me to pay rs.1100/- if i fail to pay he said me to get down from bus in middle of the road where there is no bus stop at least to get into different bus.
Where there is no other way for me, i'm forced to travel and i was harrased in front of co-passengers.
Finally i paid the amount and he refused to give the bill, when i asked him, he was like you will get the bill only if you book through online. I need a justification for the same.
Even thought i have escalated this issue to them, they didnt even bother to reply.

As my ticket was from nagercoil to villupurum. They have not stopped at villupuram instead they stopped at attur checkpost they were late by two hours (2hrs) and they were not responding properly. Because of your negligence we met into a serious financial condition. Even the starting journey were too last no punctuality. Why i need not to file a consumer complain on your travels (At consumer court)? Answer to the question or we can meet at consumer court.

I have booked the tickets from chennai to coimbatore on 7th may 2017 for 2pm bus through via.com. We have called the chennai hebron transport office around 10.00 pm to check the timing. They said bus timing is 2.00 pm you come and report by 1.45 pm. We came there by 1.45 pm they said they ahve started the bus by 1.00pm itself since the bus timing is 1.00 pm.
When i show the tickets they are not at all ready to listen and answer. We ahve been there for more than one hour but no response.in future i wont book or recommend hebron. We ahve struggeld a lot with two kids.

For emergency purpose I had to travel to villupuram on 4/3/2017. This Hebron semi sleeper bus was late and I booked ticket at 2.30 n they said 3 bus ll arrive but it came around 3.30 wen I enquired in office about drop in vpm bus stand they said we ll drop. And again asked driver and he too said the same and asked me to remind in ulundurpet and after reaching ulunderpet some other driver came wen I informed him drop in vpm bus stand he was so rude n said they ll drop in byepass only. That driver was literally threatening me to get down in unknown place .. Very very worst behaviour

I hav been asking for water bottle more than three times but no one is answering properly . If it continues again iam sure your good will of your services will defintely spoil.

I booked the ticket from Chennai to Bangalore through paytm.There is van pickup available near my location.I reached the location exactly on pick up time, no van came even after an hour and no call came from the travels regarding my booking.I tried calling the customer service, none attended the call.An hour later the bus driver called to inform that the bus has started.I tried up again calling the customer care, they responded but it was not a responsible answer!.They said come to Chennai main office (which is roughly 15kms away from my location).I spent another 300 rs for the cab.Please do take action against this issue.

i regret to inform, my children happened to travel by Hebron travels today(25.05.17) from Hosur to chennai, boarded at Hosur at01.45 pm.
while most of the passengers got alighted before koyambedu bus terminus only my 5 children continued to travel.

They also demanded rs300/- as cleaning charges as a small kid vomited and finally made the kid to pay rs 150.no recipt given.
As elders from home went to pickup from koyambedu waited for a very long time thy got panicked .
Regarding the above i want to know
1.Are the HEBRON drivers authorized to take unshedulded roots without trffic diversion?
2.Are the HEBRON buses not given sufficient DISEL to complete a trip?
3.Are the HEBRON Charges for cleaning from passengers?
4.Who will b responsible for the safty and security of passengers forced to get down at unshedulded alighting point?
5.when i spoke to a customer care executive he asked to send a e mail.dont you accept complaint over the phone?
In view of the above unforgettable bad experiences, unfriendly staff attitude, risking the safty of 5 small children i will never travel by HEBRON Again or recommend to anyone.
Unless action taken to correct These kind of bad experiences by passengers, it may affect future of the company .

We booked three tickets to travel from vellore to chennai in hebron transports. We booked our tickets through redbus.In. The ticket number is tj6c93523495. It showed 645pm reporting time and 7pm is the departure time. But the bus incharge for the bus we got to travel called us at 6 30 pm and asked us where we are we said we are about to reach in 15 mins. He said the bus is leaving you catch the other bus which will be coming at 8pm. He abruptly cutted the call and he dint pick the call once again. When we reached the hebron transport office in vellore byepass, vellore at 650pm the person who is sitting there wasnt able to answer us. Its okay because he cant have an answer when his co staffs aren't proper but we had to show our problem to some one so we informed him. The bus we are to travel is scania bus which costed rs. 920. The bus which is going to come at 8 pm is an volvo bus which costed rs 570. We went and asked for refund procedure to the person in charge over there. He asked us to cancel the ticket and book three tickets for the bus coming at 8pm. We werent able to cancel as the scheduled time of the bus has crossed. We informed them they dint have an answer. Some random guy who was also incharge of that office used abusive words to us as we were asking refund of money. And later when we asked whether he used to towrds us his answer was no. Finally he asked appologies for the act. I kindly request to give an appropriate warning to the person who dint wait for the passengers atleast till 7pm and to get us the refund of money for the bus and the time we wasted over there. And appropriate warning to the guy who spoke abusive words to us. Kindly resolve the problem and the main idea of this complaint is that it shouldnt happen again.

Service is the worst. The travel desk will suddenly call and say bus is early today, come one hour early. If we go there they will make us wait more than the scheduled time.

I have been a customer of Redbus for almost 6 years, I have always respected the value proposition of the company to provide easy and convenient travel options to frequent travellers. I have been travelling regularly to various places, on an average i book atleast 5-6 tickets a month for myself. But, a recent experience changed my perspective towards Redbus. I booked a ticket(14/05/2016) from Chennai to Hosur in a Scania Multi Axle Bus via Redbus Mobile app. I chose a seat in a bus service offered by Hebron Transports. I reached the boarding point on time, the bus was delayed by 45 Minutes. Later the bus came, Volvo Single axle bus(Not the first time, this is happening to me for the second time in a row) and they asked all the passengers to get in. I have a medical issue with my lower back, so i prefer to travel within the seat range of 1-6 or 33-40 in a multi axle bus to reduce the feeling o[censored]ps and downs on the road. On noticing the single axle bus, and my seat number being the Last seat of the last row(Seat no. 37 which is also 3 rows before the last seat in a Multi axle bus)i raised my concern to the attender who was in the bus, I was taken aback by his response. He literally said "If you dont like the seat, you get out of the bus and cancel the ticket. I have other passengers waiting asking if there are any empty seats" I was shocked and i asked him if this was the way he responded to all his customers. Again, in a rude tone "You booked your ticket via Redbus only no? Get down and cancel it, Don't waste my time. You find another bus operator for your travel" I was on the top of my voice for his response and the manager came in and he sorted out the issue and got me a seat in the first row. It didnt end there, I was made to change my seat by the driver for 3 times during the course of the journey. I am not writing this post to the executives at Redbus or To get a refund. There are many frequent travellers out there who choose Hebron transport services through Redbus, I havemade several calls to Redbus previously for other issues, they dont work out anyway. So instead of wasting my time calling I am writing reviews wherever possible. The Sad part is, when you think you should contact redbus, the terms and conditions kick in, 1. REDBUS IS JUST A TICKETING AGENT followed by 8-10 points. On the whole it is clearly communicated that They have washed their hands if any customer faces any issue during his/her travel. End of the day, booking through Redbus is just an illusion, you dont know if you can travel in the seat until and unless you get into the bus. I think its time for Redbus to Change its tagline from 'My seat. My Redbus' to 'Your Seat. Your Problem.' Never again in my life, i will book a seat on Hebron Transports. And dear friends at Redbus, You may have 65% share of the market, but someday please conduct a survey of Happiness and Customer Satisfaction who use your services, I am sure you can sort out many inefficiencies in your system.

Hi, This is Ramesh babu M ([protected]) .I booked the bus from bangalore to chennai on 10th mar 2016 at 11 PM, i get in to the bus when i stopped at hosur boarder to pay the tax.I informed the cleaner that i going for restroom he said ok. Then they immediately took the vehicle and left the place.I keep calling the driver he never picked the call.For 3 to 4 hrs his number is in call waiting.Very very worst and improper response from the driver whose number is [protected].Then i called to redbus and they arrange the another bus to pick me from krishangiri..During the time they told my laptop bag and luggage bag wil be kept safer.but Morning after reaching chennai my bag are just like that in the same place where i kept it.(No care taken for my bag)
I started asking the cleaner why u left me and took the bus i informed than i left the bus but he dont have answer for that.But the driver is abusing me with bad words..
I suggest please dont book your tickets in hebron..It waste of money and worst service.

The driver is world's worst and junk driver .He dont know the value of customer and he dont know how to talk to customer such a cheap and worst driver.He should sued from his job for such activity..

I have booked hebron transports on 19.09.15 for travelling on 27.09 15 .I was asked to report for 5.o clock since the bus will depart on 5.30 .I was on time there . But they said the bus was left at 4.o clock . The receptionist who was in bangalore office was the worst customer support executive I have ever seen . Pls change him for the improvement of your transport .the worst transport and I will not use your service anymore.

I booked a bus service of "Hebron Transportation" through redbus to travel from Bangalore to Chennai. The timings of the bus were 5:05 AM and my reporting time was 4:50 AM. I reached at my boarding point (Silk Board) ahead of time and i was waiting for the bus when i got the message that bus would be late about 15 minutes. After waiting till 5: 20, i called driver. The driver asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. When i realized it was more than ten minutes, i called the driver again. The driver said that he had crossed the "Silk Board" stop. Obviously, i was annoyed, since i had been waiting for 1 hour now. I told him to wait for me and share is location so that i could reach there and board the bus from there itself. The bus driver told me to reach at Bomanallee Stop. When i reached there, i could not find him and then called him again. He told me to come at Electronic City. When i reached there, i called him, but the guy did not pick up the call and i had to return back. This was the worst experience. The auto driver charged Rs 650, i did not get the bus and i missed an important meeting. I want the company to refund my ticket amount as it was not my fault that i missed the bus. Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket to trivandrum on may 12th.. on may 11th evening 8pm, i got a message saying the bus has been cancelled due to maintanance issue.. I dint get any call for alternative...
I was like WTF.. i had to join work on may 13th. When i called customer care they were rude and said v can arrange for alternative but u hav to pay the extra amount n v cannot negotiate on that. Then i had to pay to extra bugs aas i dint have an option.
Cancellation of bus is not customer's problem.. Still they behave so rude and the worst time experience that i had..
NEVER NEVER NEVER GO FOR HEBRON.. EVEN IF YOU GO FOR IT, MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVEL IS BEEN CONFIRMED OR NOT.
