Heera Consultant Mohali Complaints & Reviews

Hello, I have applied for Canada PR through Heera Consultant, Mohali in 2017. After taking whole money 3.5 lakh in 2019, they are now not responding to my calls, even their numbers are switched off. Few days back I had s conversation with one of their employee named Avtar, he told me that company will open in 10 days, but now his number is also switched off. I think I should file a police complaint against them. I have spoiled my 6 years because of them.

My name is Harmanpreet kaur from Amritsar I read a add in news about settle in saskatchewan canada. And i payed 2.40 lac in advance to hirra consultation mohali. They said we will arrange job offer from canada. The whole process will take 12 months to get visa. But they didnt yet submitted the file asking for more money. They are not returning money as they promise in case of visa refuse they will return the whole amount. They even didnt submit my file every 15 /20 days embassy ask for this document that document bla bla. But should i do
