I booked a cab. Bkg Ref No for 09 Aug 11:30 is A36511. Your exucutive didnt provided the proper finformation.
my guest have to face trouble because of your employs irresponsibilty.
He hvnt provided me all the details.
After calng back to 3 times they replied me WE CANT PROVIDE YOU CAB.
Due to your negligency my guest is late for her urgent meeting with Diplomats of Indian Embassy.

    I made an online booking of a cab no. DL1YD 4228 on 4/8/14 with Hello Cabs (ph: [protected] and website: http://www.hellocabsdelhi.com) for commuting form MG Road Gurgaon to Mathura Road Delhi. The driver of the cabs did not provide bills for the journey. I requested the cab provider to email the bill, I made 6 telephonic requests and also written to them twice on the subject. The staff of cab provider always asked me to wait for half an hour but so far no email has been sent. I have decided not to avail their service in futire and I also want to warn people who are taking their services about teh fcats. However i want them to send the bill for my journey asap.
