After taking money 30, 000/- they are not responding very bad service they are not responding any call even you are talking they will cut the call, on the time of payment they will say that we will give you good query but fact is this they will give only fraud query they told us that they are giving good query only the operator are paying more than 1 lak, then just i'm asking if you can't provide then why you were saying you will give, and when i ask to them for refund money they are saying no refund is possible

This is for your kind information that i have searched for mumbai-goa tour package through hello travels and they have messaged me few agents name. Out of which "golden trip" contacted me and i booked my package with them. We were a team of 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids). There package cost was 8500 per adult and children free. According to their policy i have to pay 50% of package before and rest when i start my trip. I paid rs 25500/-. Just 10days before our trip they demanded for the rest 50% but after arguement i again paid rs 10000/- (I. E out of my total package cost rs 51000/-, i already paid rs 35500/-). Now its just 4days left for our journey and there ph number is switched off from last few days. I am sharing there details... Name - golden trip

I would like to bring to your attention of a fraud and cheating of innocent people run by the travel portal HelloTravel (www.hellotravel.com)
fake promises and does not organise trip

the agent the travel indicators got in touch with me and they didnt organise the trip instead took a lot of money from me and now refuse to refund,
and when i called hellotravel coz i met travel indicators through them they refused to help

Hi, Last year in May we booked a package for 5 o[censored]s to Hong Kong and Macau from India (Delhi) through the agents provided by Hello Travel. Their agents contacted us. They got all our requirements, sent across the confirmed itenaries and after that we made all payments for the complete package to them. On reaching the airport in Hong Kong, they never sent for the pickup to hotel. We thought might be a starting glitch..so we called them...they said something happened ...taxi broke down...now instead of waiting pls take taxi on your own and reach the hotel. We will reimburse you. We thought thats ok. No problem. Did that. On reachign the hotel, while checking in...hotel staff said the bookig is done but money has not been paid. So, we would need to pay if we want to stay there ! Again we called him - he said payment did not go through because they were having some issues..just pay for now...and by tomorrow hotel staff would return the money back...we still agreed as we had reached and were very tired after the long flight and wanted rest. 2 days passed in the hotel - we did not get back the money. Same thing happened when we checked-in to the hotel in Macau...and same for all sightseeing attractions - we had to pay complete package cost again. We still have all details of the agents and all are bills and confirmations of money we paid to travel agents and then again to hotels and all tourist spots. Hello Travel is the biggest fraudster company..there is no check and verification done on the agents who link to this. The agents are roaming for free till date..we raised police case as well - but nothing happened.
