I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Henry Harvin institute. After interacting with their representative, Akshitha Reddy, regarding Japanese language classes, I paid Rs. 5500. However, despite my repeated inquiries, no classes were scheduled, and she failed to provide complete details about the program.

When I requested a refund, Akshitha Reddy stopped responding to my calls and messages. It is clear that the institution is more focused on exploiting people’s hard-earned money rather than providing genuine educational services.

While the amount may seem small to them, it is significant to me, and I am appalled by the unethical behavior and lack of customer service. I am posting this review to warn others and prevent them from being scammed in the same way.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

The company promises scheduled classes but ur not given access to the live classes. The customer support and a counsellor who's assigned doesn't reply. Then they make u pay extra for the certificate n they don't bother sending the hard copy... So beware...

The customer support doesn't pick calls or by any chance they pick they disconnect immediately. Emails r not replied to... Texts r not even seen

So beware...
