Dear sir, I am Arti Chaturvedi writing u from Bhilai, Chhatisgarh. I have bought the cycle HERO MISS INDIA in December 2014 from a dealer Singh Enterprises in Bhilai city of Chhatisgarh. The break shoes of the cycle are completely wore out. The front basket completely broken n the chain broken two times. The seat of the cycle was broken. I am Chirayu padhiar from baroda working as HR in MNC company, had puchased new hero sprint ultron 21gear, double disk breaks on 9-11-15 from Dlux Cycle at madanjanpa road opp- laal court, vadodara, number[protected]. at the time of final inspection of said cycle there is a problem with freewheel, when you peddled reverse the chain automatically lose down that time the service man said that it is normal problem and they just remove wheel and done something in free wheel and then it is start working normally but when i go back to home and just run for few minutes the same problem starts again... Now i want that company will replace these peace as it's the main part of cycle, and moreover we have not spent money to service the new damaged product. Sir, I purchased the above bicycle from your authorized dealer Ghosh Cycle Co, Garia Main Road, P.O Garia Kolkata-700084 on 272015 in cash Rs. 9500/- (Rupees Nine Thousand five hundred)only in the name of My son Soumyadip Bhadra. Unfortunately, the front brakes are not working from the very day of purchase of the bicycle which I immediately informed to the said dealer and thereafter I personally met with the dealer and requested him to send one competent person for the repair of the same but the dealer did not gave any heed into the matter on the contrary he refused to do same using harsh words. In the above context please send representative or competent technician to examine the defects the said new bicycle and make fit the cycle for safe riding otherwise I shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
