My vehicle ,CBZ EXTREME whichi i purchased on17/12/2011,having engine no-KC12EBAGM01658 have a performance problem.The bike has completed its fourth servicing,but still the problem is being ignored by the concerned dealers.The engine stops in running condition automatically, while the weather is rainy or when its a cloudy day.The root cause of these problem is not yet been tracked by the dealers ,engineers ,technicians.

I HAVE PURCHASED 1 HERO HONDA CBZ EXTERME FROM NILADRI MOTORS DHARAMANAGAR, NORTH TRIPURA. BUT ONLY IN 7 MONTHS FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER DOES NOT WORKING. I WENT TO THE SHOW ROOM AS WELL AS SERVICE STATION SEVERAL TIMES. THEY SAID SAID THAT IT IS WARRANTY UNDER 3 YEARS. BUT TILL TODAY I DID NOT RECEIVED MY SHOCK ABSORBER. KINDLY HELP ME .

My name is Dishank Shah, I purchased CBZ Extreme on 11th Feb 2010.
Before last 5-6 months I lost the right hand front mirror of CBZ extreme in a small accident.
I regularly service my bike from authorised hero honda service centre - Ronak Automobiles, Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
I have requested for the same at Ronak Auto numurous times but not getting any revert...
