engine compaint for rebore with 17000/- cost since last six months
shown to all servide centres of vijayawada and discussed about engine warrenty, no one has talking about warrentry and suggsting to rebore the engine.
I have spent near about rs100000/-, i am private employee and related to middle class family i need
i need justice in this regard, service track is bull ###, vehicle entire services gone through joy ride ficility of hero motor corp . Due to poor response of these people
since 6 months i am doing serivices by outsiders .
I need justice in this regard.

I had purchase a HERO GLAMOUR FI on 31st January 2020 bearing Chassis Number-MBLJAW011K9L00481, Engine No- JA06EGK9L00307, Registration Date- 06.02.2020, Fitness Validity date 05.02.2035 from your Authorized Dealer M/s CHANDAN MOTORS, Kankarbagh, Patna.

Right from beginning there was problem regarding Mileage and other like some time one switch or other time other switch and also there was a permanent Starting problem. I always do service from Chandan Motors Workshop.

In the month of April, 2022 my vehicle become inactive and not started. I do some First - Aid Solution like cleaning of plug etc. My vehicle starts and runs for 10 to 15 days. After 15 days it again not started and this time this problems become permanent till date.

I arrange some THELA GAADI and reached with this inactive vehicle at M/s PATLIPUTRA AGENCY, EXHIBITION ROAD on 10.06.2022. They asked me to reached at its SERVICE CENTER at S.P.Verma Road. From 10.06.2022 to till date this vehicle lying at Patliputra Agency workshop at S.P.Verma Road, Patna. According to Service Center one parts namely THROTTLE BODY is not working and it needs to change. And also they asked me that this spare parts are not available at Company. In this situation no certainty to vehicle become active.

Now What Can I do? I have still very high faith in HERO MOTOR CORP. But I am very harass. I have lot of work on daily basis which I am unable to do without this vehicle.

Therefore, please sir kindly do arrange the said spare parts so that my vehicle become active or change this vehicle so that high name of HERO MOTOR CORPS intact.

I purchased passion pro on 2014 i have completed all free service as per recommended period. Now bike having engine problem so given for service at authorized dealer end where i purchased bike.
They said bike having warranty period only 1.5 years but in website showing 5 years also they are asking 13000 for service.in my home we have 4 hero bike. But now are very unhappy about this bike
