REPLCE THE BATTERY
SIR,
I have purchased heroultra velocity just after the company launched it as hero is a brand name but i was wrong, after only 10 months the battery was not working.we got them changed paying rs.8000....but after 8 months again the new batteries brought us problems.bought it as an effective means of conveyance,it has proved itself a means of problems and nothing else.it has stopped twice while my daughter was going 2 give an examination.pls...

I HAVE PURCHASED HERO ULTRA VELOCITY ON 28/01/08 FROM PAREKH AUTOMOBILES RAJKOT. IMMIDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING THE MOTOR AND THE CHARGER NOT WORKED THEY REPLACED THE SAME.. ON 3/1/09 I WENT TO THEIR SHOWROOM STATING THE BIKE IS NOT GIVING THE AVERAGE. AFTER FULL CHARGE MY BIKE WORKS TILL 10KMS.. THE COMPANY SAYS THE AVERAGE APPROX 50KMS.. NOW THEY SAY I HAVE TO BUY BATTERY FOR RS. 9500/-.. SO WHAT TO DO?? IT SEEMS I HAVE BEEN CHEATED.....
