Hi I'm pankaj singh, I requested for loan for closing .
And the outstanding amount was deposited in main axis bank as told to me.

And I called customer care on 31st August for closing request and told them that closing will be done in 7 working days.but till time note closing. I write a mail and on his customer care mail id but no any response. and I have already paid advance emi of September month.

And in the next month my EMI date has come and Rs 6081 has been deducted. And till now I have not got any closing status and my payment has been deducted in advance.

So I requested you plz help for loan closing

Loan Acc.No : PYTMPLHE[protected]. I have foreclosed this loan on 27th April 2023 and i have paid the amount to they mentioned account and shared all the payment details including Bank statement via mail and till now they haven't updated in the app. I have requested and begged to close the loan due to on going harassments calls, these people started calling in non working hours and i have raised this issue in mail but still they haven't updated. Could you please help me in this issue.

The below details are in my loan welcome letter and Loan Agreement letters. I have tried calling the below numbers but no response.

I took a two wheeler loan vide loan no. SIDTWL[protected] from Herofincorp. I have paid all the money except some late fees.
For some time my relatives are being misbehaved by a phone number ([protected]) pretending to be a bank employee. They are being abused in the name of Tis Hazari Court.
she is a female, who abuses profanity, and describes herself as an employee of Herofincorp.

Pl. take necessary action against her and also herofincorp.

I paid my all outstanding loan 2, 09, 005 amount in Herofincorp by payment method Demand draft on 20 Sep, 2022. But amount still showing in Hero fincorp App and also did not received any message from Hero fin corp. I received the message 2 days earlier for deposit the EMI.
No anyone can response to me and i request many time to many employee of Herofin corp. everyone says this is not my work and suggest to me for call to customer care no.
Customer care no is seem always busy so my complaint is i know this is my big mistake to connect with the hero fincorp for Personal Loan.

Now i am felling harrasment on this issue. i know how i collected this amount to pay Herofincorp to close this loan.

मैं मोहम्मद समीर आलम,

अक्टूबर 2018 में हीरोफिनकॉर्प से बाइक फाइनेंस कराया था, जिसमे 22850 रूपये कैश हीरो मोटर एजेंसी डासना को जमा किया, और बाकी रक़म 2568 रूपये की 25 किश्तों के रूप में जमा करनी था !

(2568 x 25 = 64200 रूपये टोटल ) जमा करना था,

( बैंक में कोई प्रॉब्लम होने की वजह से मैंने ECS फैसिलिटी कैंसिल करा कर बैंक अकाउंट को ही बंद करा दिया ) अब EMI कलेक्ट करने के लिए अंकित नाम का व्यक्ति हीरो फाइनेंस की तरफ से आता जिसे मैं काश में किश्त का अमाउंट नगद देता ! जिसमे (2568 x 18 = क़िस्त मैंने जमा की थी, जो एजेंट मेरे पास आता था उसने मेरी 17 किश्त ही हेरोफिन्कोर्प को जमा की,

एक किश्त उसने हड़प ली जिसकी वजह से उससे काफी झगडा हुआ, और किश्त न जमा करने का निर्णय लिया, जब मुझे लगा की इसमें कंपनी का कोई दोष नहीं है और मेरा ही सिविल खराब हो रहा है, तो किश्त का भुगतान करने के लिए कंपनी में बात की, लेकिन कोविद -19 और वित्तीय मुद्दों के कारण उस समय ईएमआई का भुगतान करने में असमर्थ था, पिछले दो वर्षों से मैं बैंक के लोगों से मेल और टेलीफोन पर बातचीत से अनुरोध कर रहा हूं। मेरी ईएमआई की राशि का पुनर्गठन या कमी करें।

27 जुलाई 2022 को मुझे कॉल ([protected]) आया, प्रिया नामक लड़की से बात हुई, जिन्होंने दिल्ली ब्रांच से होने की पुष्टि की, जिन्होंने मेरे रिक्वेस्ट करने पर मुझे एक हफ्ते का वक़्त दिया, अगले दिन मुझे एक मैसेज मिला, जिसमे बैंक कर्मचारी जयवीर सिंह से संपर्क करने की बात कही। इस आदमी ने मेरे अनुरोध को भी नहीं सुना और स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि अगर आपने कल तक हमारे ऋण की पूरी राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया तो आपकी बाइक उठा ली जाएगी,

अब कोई सेटलमेंट नहीं होगा, उन्होंने जो कहा वही किया, अगले दिन भाई बच्चो का एडमिशन कराने डासना गया था, जहा से राहुल नाम का व्यक्ति फाइनेंस डिपार्टमेंट से हूँ कहकर बाइक उठा ले गया,

3 दिन से कोई भी सुचना मुझे नही दी गई है और न कोई मेरे कॉल करने पर मुझे रिस्पांस दे रहा ! कृपया बताये मुझे क्या करना है ! बाइक रिलीज़ होगी या नहीं ! या मुझे न्यायालय का दरवाज़ा खटखटाना पड़ेगा ! मेरे पास रिकॉर्डिंग के रूप में सभी सबूत हैं ! जो मैं कुछ महीनों के लिए ईएमआई के पुनर्गठन या कम करने के लिए वर्ष 2020 से लगातार कर रहा था।

अब मैं फिर से कह रहा हूं कि मैं ऋण चुकाने के लिए तैयार हूं और मैं आपसे कानूनी प्रक्रिया के अलावा मेरे ऋण को फिर से शुरू करने का अनुरोध कर रहा हूँ, इसको ख़तम करो किसी भी तरह ! कुछ फोल्ट मेरा भी है पर कुछ हेरोफिन्कोर्प का भी! इतनी ख़राब सर्विस न मिली होती तो ये कब का क्लोज हो गया होता ! प्लीज इसका कोई हल निकाले ! इसकी वजह से काफी मेंटली डिस्टर्ब हूँ ! प्लीज ...

I was paid with my hero Fincorp installment 3364 at 5:38 on 24 july 2022 by paytm and my amount was deducted and transaction is failed and my amount is not refunded

Bike loan is showing in my credit score which is not taken by me. As i raised a dispute regarding this by transunion and got mail stating no change and contact to herofincorp. So please solve the issue as soon as possible. It's a humble request to do so as i am facing lots of problem because of this

They told loan approved for 125000 and 4000 processing fee 500 offer so 4000 process fee..it high but due my need saturday i process all details and submited loan application online ..
then i waited for two todays but no response as office leave..so today i received vi watsapp all process completed please sign agreement page for loan dispursoal..i was shocked 117034 rupees only i will recieve and 7966rs processing fees and 7315 x24 months i have to pay for that its over priced as showed in gpay portal Is very less .so immediately make a call to customer care to stop the application quit the loan .. custore name

Try to comprimise me so many times..but i clearly told its over rated i dont want loan so please kindly close the process and dont disburse amount so many times..and make reminder nearly three times.. after i received mail below on process of cancelling the loan...

My name is Shivam Gupta son Sanjay Gupta. I had financed a super splendor two wheeler bike from Shiv Ramdas Musa Ramdas through HeroFincrop. Whose EMI I have filled completely but the company is neither closing my loan account nor giving me my NOC. And still Rs 2650 is showing on my loan number. The agent of the finance company had taken Rs 3500 in the name of finalizing the last installment with interest, after which I was sent a message OTP of Rs 2750 on my number [protected] after two days. After 45 days NOC was asked to be given. But now neither my NOC is being given to me nor my loan account has been closed. Some of my installments have been deducted from the bank account and the rest is given to the agent in case of late. Kindly please finalize my account and get my NOC.

I purchased hero passion pro bike in january 2019 and by acount it will paid every month payement
But this month on the 8th of nov in my account more than 3000 thousand and
Your employer told me we cut amount on 8th every month but this month they're not deducted and i called to your employe and i aak why still not amount reduced from my account he didn't gv me proper response
And i told i will complaints
He told ok you can do no problem
After that i paid my loan amount through the paytm but after again you guys reduced 100 from my account why??? I need my amount back
As per your terms and conditions on my account on 8th november i have more than 3000 then why you guys take extra???
Worst service given by your employer they're taking like drunks

Ye sab kya hai aap log company chala rahe ho ya baniye ki dukan agar 24 emi main se kisi ki 1 kisht bounce ho jayegi to use chor ghoshit kar dete ho. Aap ke agent aap kid cheque se payment nahi lete kya ya jo cheque se payment dete hain wo bhi chor hi hote hain aisa aap ke excutives la kehna hai.
Agar doing apni marzi se paise dena bhi chahta hai to yes log itna badtmizi kartain hair wo na dene la maan banaleta hai.

मैं अपनी बाइक (हीरो स्प्लेंडर +) की किश्त समय से जमा कर रहा हूँ, 2 बार चेक बाउंस चार्ज लगा था वो म ने जाम कर दिया, लेकिन फिर भी मेरे लोन राशि मे पहले तो 350 ₹ बकाया दिखा रहा था और अब 707₹ बकाया राशि दिखा रहा है।
कृपया मेरी समस्सया का समाधान करें। मेरी यह फालतू बकाया राशि हटाई जाए।
