We are an education consultant at the name of heyday educationals based in jalandhar, punjab, india. There is a man named jaspal singh resident of house number 409, gali no-9, gandhi nagar, karnal, pin-132001, india.

He saw our promotional video on facebook and he contacted our team several times in jalandhar and after clearing all his doubts he came to visit us personally at jalandhar. Our company charges which was 25000/- each applicant and there was four members in his family who applied, and he paid us 100000/-. Instead of this he paid us 25000/-rupees which was the embassy fee of all four candidates.

The total amount was 125000/-at the time he apply we signed a both parties agreement between the company and jaspal singh. We the company also clear him all the terms in advance that total visa process will take around 6-7 months, and the fee he paid he totally non refundable. But after completion of few months he started getting hyper about his application. Then our company officials describe him that visa process and filling process takes time.

One day he abuse our staff and company officials. He also threat our staff with the name of some senior police officers he knows in jalandhar, whom he always describe as his relatives. I

N the end both parties agree to sort it out and give him his payment back which was not refundable as per company policy. But after getting his refunds he continued to harassing our staff and company officials in different ways. Even he pressurize a police officer in karnal who is a friend of him to call us again and again and pressurize us to pay them more money. Now we the company officials want to lodge a written complaint against him. We have the copy of all his documents if needed. Thanks (Team heyday educationals)

He also ask to deposit passports and some amount (Which is 1.50 lakh to 2 lakh) in the name of purchasing invitation...
