Worst cheaters and thugs of highest order. criminals to the core. I got anti termite treatment done in july 2023 for entire house even though only kitchen area was affected.
There was again problem in january 2024. So i requested for their HELP. To send their technician they made me buy their anti mosquito repellant for 700. Few days later it arrived in BROKEN condition.
On 16th january their technician came and said all ok and there are no termites.
Very next day it was seen that termintes have totally infected the kitchen cabinet and entire thing have to be removed. I lost almos 1, 40, 000.
Since then i am trying to make them to the treatment again as per guarantee, but they are evasive and saying they are full and cant give appointment.
These ### are fit for jail only. Avoid them at all cost.

First, when they market it is a simple pitch of gel treatment. Customers get attracted and then discover that you get to do flush out if you have to go with them. So, it mean that their marketing has trapped you as a customer already and themn you cannot do anything except hear them. If the work is dissatisfactory and you do ask or a complimentary service, you get to hear a straight refusal if your contract has lapsed.

They show for gel treatment-attract customers saying that you do not have to shift anything...then you get to discover that you have to shift.
After the gel treatment if your problem is not resolved and your renewal is over, as a gesture they will not provide any complimentary service

I have booked cockroach pest control from Hicare Pest control for 5-7 lot on 23.3.23. I paid there fees online. they have not turned up for service.
please look into matter.

Had taken 1 year service from HiCare 3 months back comprising of 4 services j year. Technician showed up for the first appointment did the service collected annual fee and left. When it was time for second service the HiCare informed me non-availability of technician on the day when service was requested and requested to be rescheduled. The service was rescheduled for the following day as per technician's preference but he did not show up nor did the company bother to inform. After repeated attempts I was able to get through their support number. Which confirmed technician will come as per schedule but he did not show up.

There after they rescheduled appointment without consulting to evening and sent a message. Even for this the hicare representative called after the appointment time to know whether technician can visit.

It was inspite of advanced time booking and payment. Extremely unprofessional service.

We took amc for cockroach eradication from our house from hicare in march'22.

Cockroaches still prevail & we tried to get a service done last week & prior, but hicare allotted a booking for today at 3.30 to 4pm.

Now, the service engineer turned at 1.30pm. Are you doing this pest control on charity basis ?

Purusant to our request for refund of amc amount paid by us & your poor service, we have still not received any refund yet.

Your operations manager, mr akshay dhumal visited our residence on 16th may'22 & assured us that he shall carry out further necessary cockroach treatment after 15 days since 10th may'22 - date of last service.

15 days has elapsed & no news from your side.

As conveyed earlier, very poor service & no customer care from your side yet.

Kindly refund our amc amount immediately.

I am afraid your punctuality is HORRIBLE and non-servicable. NO SHOW. No response AT all. I have messaged your MD, Deepak Gupta. I will be asking for my refund of my renewed invoice or failing that I will go to Consumer Court, BLR.

This is inform that I have done this hii care pest control service at my house last 30 days before..but i face the same problem about cocroches issue..I have complaint against hii care through Phone and mail also but hii care team can not get any reply to me...I have requested to you please resolve my complaint as soon as possible..

Pest control was done but the ant problem still persists..very Very disappointed..

I called and asked for last service due in March to be preponed as was facing cockroach issues even after 2 complaint services after 2nd service.
The lady said she can't find slots, so they will call in the evening and give slots...but noone called even after 3 days..
I called later again to book the service, but this time the representative hung up on me after asking me to wait for sometime.
Now Hicare service has become highly unprofessional..and this year service is highly ineffective..very very disappointed...

I have lodge complaint with your company vide no. 300129 dt 21/01/2021 . We were promised that Hicare will give us an additional service as the cockroaches are still not cleared . We were promised that we will get one more service on Monday i e on 25/01/2021, but nobody came for service then I called hicare regarding my complaint I was promised that the service will be provided on 02/02/2021 again nobody came for service it seems that Hicare is not interested in providing us any service and they are just fooling us with false promise of service, giving us complaint no. and all was just a farce to cheat us of our money .
If Hi care is very busy as this information was given by Hicare personal, we request Hicare company to return our money with due compensation as your company has taken full contract amount in advance & not providing the service is violation of contract . We trusted this company because it’s part of Godrej group of company . We were getting pest control service from many other service providers at much cheaper rates, but we trusted Hicare & paid them all money in advance.
We are sorry to say Godrej group of company has failed in it’s obligation.

Agreement is there.We have being taking Hicare service for a long time and it was quite good.But its very sad that this two times it was a horrible experience with Hi care.We booked hicare Nd scheduled date and timings as usual but the executive didnt turned up, neither recieved our call not he was bothered to call us.Again we got a slot nd it was booked and guess what they are least bother to atten booked service.Great.No followup nothing.And let me tell both the cases slot booked was from 11am-1pm, saturday.Both The time waited till 4pm, but in vain.Now we will switch to some other company.

Customer of hi care for 10yrs. Jai chanchlani their VP sales sold birdnetting and intensv cleaning for which i took amc and paid 31k in total as adv for both services. Birdnetting in kitchen done wrongly. Contacting this Jai and several of their customer care nos and asking to fix it. It has been 5 mnths and no response. Intensive cleaning too was shoddy job and asking for refund when i wrote on their customer care email but no steps taken. Highly disgusting and frustrating levels of customer care. They make promises to sell but bad service. Very disappointed even though i have been a loyal customer.

I have been regular hiring services from hicare for past three years, until now.
This year i called them again for pest control, particularly for cockroach removal.
The service guy had negligible interest for rendering the service, as he was trying to hush up in 5 minutes.
I rebuked him to do it professionally, else leave my house.
Even so, he sprayed hurriedly to some corners and wrapped up to leave, after payment.
I had called the customer care, but they didn't deliver after promising to check.
Now they are giving excuse that your one-time service duration has expired, so we can't help.
There is no way i see that the company wishes to build consumer confidence, with such treatment.
Neither am i going to call them again, nor recommend anyone to do so.

We have been using hi care for cockroach control for more than 3 years. This year again we have renewed the amc. Although we have complained twice after the first service and the treatment has been done, the cockroaches still exist and that too in large numbers. The treament is not effective at all and i regret my decision to renew the contract. It is terrible that we see the kitchen filled with cocokroaches and a few are even seen outside the kitchen in the dining, etc. We clean the kitchen thoroughly at least once in 2 months and this is the state. Can hi care please pay attention, change the spray or do something. I feel my payment has gone waste...

I have booked for pest control for my home on 27th of august 2017, i paid the amount through their online portal 2830rs. They told me that they provide 45 days garuntee, but their first service was very worst as their technicians was very rude and unprofessional and they had not done their job properly after that i made complaint on their costmer support and got one extra service after 4-5 days which was also not impressive, now after 15 days they are supposed to give 1 more service for which i am following with them from last 2 weeks when i call their customer support they schedul my service but when date comes their technicians don't come and when i call support they say that your service is not schedul in our system, it already happened 4-5 times with me and nobody has come for 2nd service till now and they have wasted 4-5times my time and spoiled my other plans too because after scheduling my service i need to stay at room nd cancel other plans. Kindly help with the issue as they are playing around. It's been more than a two week i have been following up with their customer care, but no response. They are very unprofessional.

Hicare pest control services contacted me through sulekha for providing pest control services, and guaranteed that if I find cockroach again within 10 days period I can call them again for the service. Despite the agreement the owner is going back on his word of providing the services now, he is not ready to listen despite the fact that he provided a week guarantee
