Not delivered my product even I already given money for this.not attending phone calls

I needed a laptop to buy it for my father and he had given money for the same.As the budget was little bit low i searched for a refurbished laptops.
Then i came across a website called hilaptop.com here is the link https://www.hilaptop.com/, after having a calling them i booked a laptop with order id = 64686, which you can see in this

Then they asked me to deposit Rs1000/- as an advance payment for cash on delivery, by trusting them i paid that advance of Rs1000/- via phonepe for Payu Payments Pvt Ltd
on 13/09/2022 at 3:20pm as deposit and order id was generated and order id is 64687, for both i received a mail along with their transaction id.Before payment they responded to me very well but after payment they didnt, on this basis
i was doubtful on them and i researched online on quora forum about this company hilaptop, i found so many negative comments.So i decided to cancel and i called them
but they didnt respond me, then i texted on whatsapp for cancellation even after blue tick they didnt respond and later on blocked me.Then i contacted their customer
service someone picked and i told to cancel the order and refund my money deposit, but he told they will not refund the amount as it is advance payment.Itold him that
i will complain against you to police but he didnt fear and cut the call after few pathetic words.Then i came here to report the issue.But after the one hour i got a mail
from shiprocket that your order is picked but i had already bought the new laptop from local market at my location Hubli as it was delaying too much.
i request you to take a proper action against them as they are cheating lot of innocent and poor people by taking money in advance and sending a damaged product as
i read in comments and not taking a proper action for it.
I am sharing few screenshots with along with this. Please do the help me sir i am jobless and every penny counts for me, i am struggling a lot with life sir.

They are just fraud people they just making customer fool and always send them wrong product the customercare people are also not responsible g properly amd plz dont buy the product from the hilaptop.com

Hilaptop provided me defective second hand laptop and now not initiating refund and neither replying to phone calls and emails. Order id 47263. Its a big fraud company cheated my money. They first advertise a unbox new laptop of Avita in their website, then ask us to prepay it, when we paid then they dont dispatch it around a week, when we ask they say its not available, when we ask for refund they give us other laptop options by paying some more more, since our money is stuck so we agree to it, but when we receive the laptop its second hand and defective. We complain a lot for its refund, but they stop taking phone calls or replying us on emails.
