I ordered one blue star ac on their website i.e. hindsolutions.in, before placing order i contact the their customer care no and they seem to be reasonable, once i placed the order they were giving details like u ordered this and will be delivered within 3 working days, the day on which my order was scheduled they changed the address on the website and contact no as well. later, i came to know that these bastards are fraud...

I have not received my Below order till now.

I had purchased a Kisankraft Battery Operated Sprayer from Hind Solutions on 15th march 2022. the amount deducted was 1900/- . on 26th March 2022, the vendor sent tracking ID [protected] that can be tracked on https://trackon.co.in

as of today 11th April 2022, the product is not delivered and the tracking Id given is also fake.

i have also sent mail fro refund to this company but the email bounced back. and the website is also no longer available as a domain

request your help to get my money refunded and also put these website operating people in prison for fraud and online scams.

I booked a LG window AC from hind solutions site on 13.03.2022 with Rs 31700/- payment was done through payU. At the time of booking they said your product will be delivered on 25.03.2022. But they don't delivered my product till date. After 28.03.2022 this company site and contact nos has been closed. Please help me in this regard

After online ordering and paying for a pressure pump at website Hindsolutions.in, which confirmed payment, the company email, contacts, etc. are not traceable and the mentioned website itself is Unreachable when tried several times.
On Google search of this company, I have come across others complaining about fraudulent online site Hindsolutions which has duped many for various other engineering products, like AC, Pump, etc.
On Google search on company, it revealed address Wz-283/41,
Vishnu Garden, Near Post Office
Delhi 110018, and the proprietors as Mr. Stanley Thomas and Mr. Jennifer Jacob. however the phone and other contacts are fake.
Cyber Police should take action on this establishment and the people behind it to help duped customers with their money refund and jail the Hind Solutions people for a long good time

Ordered Electronic Appliances in hindsolutions.in and found out that it is fake website. Raised a cyber fraud complaint in https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/.

I ordered Inalsa High Pressure Washer Power Shot 1600W
INR 4250.0 and Falcon FEGT 139 Electric Grass Trimmer
INR 5400.0 respectively on 17th March and 14th March 2022.

Now Hindsolutions is not responding on the shipment and is not able to reach them by mobile no and Landline. Even by email and also the site is not reachable.

I booked a Sanyo 1.5 T AC on March 24 through www.hindsolutions.in and paid for it through PayU via Netbanking using my HDFC account. Subsequently I received a vague confirmation from PayU on behalf of ENAM with no tracking or further information beyond naming the merchant as ENAM and an order number. I realized I had been cheated and checked with my bank who confirmed the payment was made to one ENAM through PayU and the address was [protected]@gmail.com...

I have found that there registered address is fake(Shop No 119/120, Laxmi Vihar Mohan Garden Near Atul Chowk Uttam Nagar, 110059) as no such store exists there then they updated another address after 4-5 days of order which is (9WR, GAUTAM VIHAR, SHAHDARA, DELHI, 110053) and currently cheating by running fraud website http://www.hindsolutions.in. It is doing fraud ecommerce business and looting hard earned money of the indian citizen consumer. The owner of this website earlier cheated customer through an another website www.bansaltraders.com for which user has already raised many complaints and then they closed the website but since no legal action was done on their online fraud so now they have created another website www.hindsolutions.in and again making fraud in crore rupees from many indian consumers. They have shown there gst (07ADJPE9823F1ZJ) and also registered as MSSE so there should be a verification record with the government department, so I kindly urge to the department to take serious action and help to get the money back from these cheaters account and punish them as per the Indian law.

I am writing this complaint again as these Fraudsters somehow managed to mark my early complaint as resolved without any consent from my side and really want to raise to consumercomplaints.in team to review this action to identify how previous complaint was marked resolved without my consent and knowledge.

I have placed order for microtech inverter battery (mteck et648 150ah) tehy took our money rs.8400/- our consignment not delivered so fat when ever i try the number is not working. I request this kind of criminals to purnsih them and police officer please too in to the matter on priority basis. Other wise every one loose their money.

Hi, I had placed an order of Bajaj steam iron press, at first the website looked a bit fishy but seeing that they have registered gst number and were also registered under MSME I thought fine we can try ordering from this website and support Indian economy. But the order never arrived even thought the person at other end answered my call for few days and then finally on 29th march the person along with the original website disappeared. I urge everyone to file a complaint against them on cyber crime portal.

While surfing on web I got to a lowest price advertisement by Hind Solutions
I ordered the AC & paid Rupees 21, 100 by UPI transfer on 25thMar'22, further I got a Order No - # 5813 & email confirming the order from [protected]@jumpseller.com indicating [protected]@hindsolutions.in as customer support id, I was very eager to get product I tried contacting them over Landline phone number - [protected],
they committed for delivery within 2 days till date I am waiting for the product
Now its website is locked & Nobody is responding over phone.
It seems they have cheated many customer like me & a strong action from Government authorities are need to be taken
