While surfing on web I got to a lowest price advertisement by Hind Solutions
I ordered the AC & paid Rupees 21, 100 by UPI transfer on 25thMar'22, further I got a Order No - # 5813 & email confirming the order from [protected]@jumpseller.com indicating [protected]@hindsolutions.in as customer support id, I was very eager to get product I tried contacting them over Landline phone number - [protected],
they committed for delivery within 2 days till date I am waiting for the product
Now its website is locked & Nobody is responding over phone.
It seems they have cheated many customer like me & a strong action from Government authorities are need to be taken

Dear Sir, This is Amarendra Mishra From New Delhi. I had make a online order of Hitachi 1.5 ton 5 star split Air Condiitoner Model on Dated 12/03/2022. At Intial Stage they told me item will be delivered before Holi Festival i.e 18/03/2022. But after they old company is shut due to festival therefore item will be delivered for sure before 27/03/2022.Now today is 29/03/2022 no item is delivered to me On the other hand A Docket No. [protected] provided by said company of tracknon.co.in but there is no status on that site.
And company is changing its office address frequently.
Kindly Please arrange for refund of my amount back to me or my purchase product deliver to me.

Order Placed on 20th March 2022 on their Website.
Now Phone no. is not reachable.
Product is not delivered yet.

We order ogeneral ac from them and paid fully, but we didn't receive it and now we can't contact them as their phone is not reachable and their website shows error

I have been cheated by this ecommerce http://www.hindsolutions.in I have made two purchaze of daikin AC of worth rupees 60860 and now I have found that there registered address is fake(Shop No 119/120, Laxmi Vihar Mohan Garden Near Atul Chowk Uttam Nagar, 110059)as no such store exists there then they updated another address after 4-5 days of order which is (9WR, GAUTAM VIHAR, SHAHDARA, DELHI, 110053) and currently cheating by running fraud website http://www.hindsolutions.in with following phone numbers(+91-[protected] |[protected]. It is doing fraud ecommerce business and looting hard earned money of the indian citizen consumer. The owner of this website earlier cheated customer through an another website www.bansaltraders.com for which user has already raised many complaints and then they closed the website but since no legal action was done on their online fraud so now they have created another website www.hindsolutions.in and again making fraud in crore rupees from many indian consumers. They have shown there gst (07ADJPE9823F1ZJ) and also registered as MSSE with the registration number (UDYAM-DL[protected] so there should be a verification record with the government department, so I kindly urge to the department to take serious action and help to get the money back from these cheaters account and punish them as per the Indian law.

I have ordered O general Ac 1.1 ton on 14th march which is not delivered yet they have taken the advance money and product has not been delivered yet.

Tracking number shared by them is fake.
