The worst product that i have purchased. Since the first month i purchased the product from sony mony i kept complaining and they would come and changes some screws and say done. Pathetic product and most unprofessional people in their company

I raised a request to avail services of amc on 4th may but they dint sent any engineer yet. First they given excuse for lock down and even after 1st unlocking, they still giving excuse that my area falls under containment zone. When i asked to provide an authenticated document that present my area is under containment zone then they could not.

I requested to extend my amc period as you are not able to provide service due to any reason then they also refused for extension.

I told to customer care that if will not get service on time then will raise the complaint with consumer forum then they told, "you can do whatever want but neither can extend the amc period nor can provide any documents stating containment zone but service will get on availability of engineers.

Request you to look into the matter and take a desired action and solve my problem.

I bought hindware chimney cleo 60 on 18th may 2018.
Chimney worked fine for 3 months. We are complaining to customer care since august 2018 but the problem has been not resolved. Very poor response from custmer service. On repeated calls they say that they will revert back in 2 mins and that 2mins never come.
Recently a new complaint was registered which has taken a month, no proper response yet.
My wall paints and the kitchen cabinets are getting spoiled.

Request to kindly replace the chimney or refund the amount.

I bought a hindware chimney in sep 2016 and it got it installed by company service center in the same month by paying the charges. Soon after fifteen days it stopped working I lodged a service complaint on sep 26th 2016 and service engineer visited and said some spare parts to be replaced which is not in stock and will take some time to replaced till date no replacement done no repairs done Now i would like to get the replacement of the entire unit.
