In case of support you could reach the representatives within minutes on the phone, live chat, and if you are not in a rush, they answer their email support tickets usually within half a day. There is no discrimination on support handling against the plan that we use. Both high paid customers and basic plan customers are treated equally which is pretty good....

I have registered my domain "mokshhomeappliances.in" after looking at their site which shows free email forwarding. But after registration they are saying they don't provide such functionality any more with the domain registration. I asked them why they are showing on the site then but they are not replying any more. So kindly help me getting that functionality....

If you phone them up, they ask you come on chat , if you go on chat , they ask you to email them, if you email them , they give 3 responses, all different , and none solving a domain transfer request to their hosting service.
