My contact form working in local host & also in hostinger provider but not working in HIOX. i have shared hosting with hostinger that works fine but holding one website for client here. and support is very bad even a chat support take more time like E-mail support just now bought for 2 years really stucked here don't know wat to do please guys improve your service or close HIOX India .. government must take some action on them because we are wasting or time & money with these type of providers... even there contact number is fake ...

Very Very Worst Support and Worst Server. last 1 month server not working properly.i lost my business through hiox india.i lost my customers. so don't purchase Hiox india server.

Hioxindia is well known for its cusomer support and pricing. In case of support you could reach the representatives within minutes on the phone, live chat, and if you are not in a rush, they answer their email support tickets usually within half a day. There is no discrimination on support handling against the plan that we use. Both high paid customers and basic plan customers are treated equally which is pretty good.

As a person how uses Hioxindia as their web host and a person who resells Hioxindia products I believe Hioxindia has the best value for your money. From someone who has never had a hosting company or website before will find the most reliable and easy to set up web hosting with Hioxindia. I have registered my domain "mokshhomeappliances.in" after looking at their site which shows free email forwarding. But after registration they are saying they don't provide such functionality any more with the domain registration. I asked them why they are showing on the site then but they are not replying any more. So kindly help me getting that functionality.

They have the worst customer service ever. Unhelpful , unfriendly
If you phone them up, they ask you come on chat , if you go on chat , they ask you to email them, if you email them , they give 3 responses, all different , and none solving a domain transfer request to their hosting service.
Before you buy , just try and call them for support at different times of the day and night - often unanswered or out of reach! And once you have paid, you can never get a refund.
