The service provider has provided me with a duplicate (low-quality) router. The incident happened as follows: there was a thunderstorm in our area and we had a power cut. When the power came, my internet was not working. I contacted the service provider, and after three days, they visited my place and told me that the router they provided was damaged due to power fluctuations and I needed to buy a new one.
I took the connection only two months ago, and the router was a new one as per the service executive, so I wanted the details of the router provided by then as it got damaged just in 2 months. I have repeatedly reached to customer care to resolve this issue but every time they assured me they would connect me with the right person, I failed to do so. Hence, I wanted disconnection of the service and asked for a refund, but now the service provider is refusing to do so. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Poor internet Service and frequent disconnections

Hi,
I have taken 1 year plan from hireach by paying respective plan amount.But the services are so poor that even 1% of the services are not satisfactory.There will be frequent disconnections on daily basis.I have struggled with tgis broadband from past 5 months. But now its been out of my patience to handle.So, I am reaching this consumer complaints platform with a hope.Kindly look into it and help me in getting remaining amount refund.So, I can switch to another broadband Service.
Hireach is more than pathetic.

Shifting your package

We gave all proofs and money, but it has been 15 days there is no connection. The executives are giving no response, behaving very rudely, we asked to at least refund our money but neither they are giving connection nor refund our money

frequent disconnect and no internet

This broadband company hasn't offered monthly plans for our locality and i had to end up opting for a yearly package which is worth inr 7000. They did promise uninterrupted service. Yes, they did provide the service, until 3 months ago when the interruption started. When i complain on disconnection, they visit the place, remove the plug and insert it back to the port and ask me to check the connection now and it works for couple of hours. Then the actual problem starts again. It starts with frequent disconnection followed by completely disconnected internet. As the mobile network coverage is very poor in my locality i completely relay on the isp and this disconnects me from contacting my family when home.
I requested for refund and they don't respond. I complain on the issue, they stopped responding now. If this is the case, they should stop their business of providing internet services and probably the customers cannot be cheated by their initial promise.

no internet connection setup done and no refund is being initiated

Hi,
Seven days back i contacted hireach executive for connection shifting complaint. I was told that the connection shifting charges would be 200rs. I mentioned to him that last month when my package was expired, i told the customer care executive that i would have a new connection to avoid any shifting charges, but the customer care executive mentioned to me that we will do it for free, you can recharge your package now. So i recharged with 1 year package on june 10th."
After this conversation the executive agreed to do it for free.
But no one came for next 3 days even after repetitive calls. All i was told everyday till today that it will be finished by today but no technician came till now. So after 3 days i raised a complaint in my account and even after that no one came for next two days even after repetitive calls mentioning the importance of wifi as i need it to do' work from home'. Two days back morning, an executive came to collect the documents and mentioned that the shifting charges would be 500rs as there is no box in this apartment. I feel like the 500rs charges for shifting connection is outrageous, that too with this much of delay. Now even after agreeing to that amount till now no technician came for the visit and it's been 7 days that i'm facing this issue now. For working people that's very problematic as the mobile internet speed won't suffice to work.
I've even contacted the nodal officer through mail but even the manager was very irresponsive. Yesterday i've requested for the refund of the amount i've paid for the one year plan so that i could opt for another network wi-fi but still there is no response from them.

worst service and repeated complaints every month

Hireach broadband is the worst network i have ever experienced in this internet world. They promised me to provide an uninterrupted service. I have my wifi box connected to a power point where there is 24 hour power supplky. But whenever there is loss in power, the wifi box works but not the internet. I register this complaint once in everymonth and these shameless guys give same explanation everytime. And the speed that im experiencing is also very low. I dont know how these guys take your entire year's money and give sucha worst network.
I want to get disconnected from this network and get all my money back.
