Such a worst lady she is..using so many harsh words...cheating everyone...talking like nothing she has done...if I see the reviews earlier I would not buy...please register a complaint against her...she should not cheat people.. completely sending different colour saree zari...if asked replying arrogantly..

This is an Instagram page called Hitha Boutique and the person who runs this is named Kavya. Her number is [protected] She does business through Instagram. I had ordered a saree I told her this is my first order from insta please send exact saree I am ordering and she said don't worry I will. Then I pay her. I repeatedly 2 times sent her photo of the saree but when I received I got a different saree little bit similar colour. Saree has a big stains, print and pattern is totally different and now when I am messaging her she is ignoring my messages even I sent her photos but she is not even replying and picking up call

Worst experience with kavya. She is Very ARROGANT. She is a CHEATER. I asked for one of the half sarees that was displayed in her instagram page for 3770 but what was sent to me was entirely different in quality. It doesn’t even worth 1000. Unfortunately, I couldn’t record the video out of excitement, which is recording video while opening the package was one of the clause of her in her terms of return. She some how agreed to exchange...

Please don’t buy anything from Hitha boutique. She was very rude and color of the saree is also different from the image. Even after sending the unboxing video she was not agreeing. And they don’t have any respect towards their customers. Don’t support them. Commercial people

Got a saree which was 1660 from hitha boutique first time, the color of the saree was yellow which is totally different from the image they posted in insta and she was not even believing me and said that they don’t have yellow shade sarees🤷🏻‍♀️ And she also said that how surprisingly it’s yellow only for you, even after send the unboxing video. This the way they treat their customers. Very very worst experience and please don’t buy anything from here. And the saree look like 400 worth. It was so pathetic.commercial people

Very poor customer service and attitude when there was a damaged product sent to me. I have ordered a couple of products in the past and it was good. So ordered another dress but this time it was damaged. I showed her proof of damage and unboxing video clearly showed it, but the owner Kavya blatantly said there was no damage when I have the product in hand and there were holes in the dress and it was patched up. There was no reply when I complained and I had to send multiple messages to even get a reply from the owner. I decided to keep the dress because of lack of proper response.

All is well until you have an issue but once you have issues, good luck dealing with them. I would avoid them at all costs in the future.

She said she will send me the return address and did not get back to me despite of too many messages. Please take proper action on this.
