This is the duty of the hospital officials to properly attend to the patients and their caretakers. Mr Pradeep as informed Manager of back office of Moolchand hospital deliberately just to show his supremacy always refuses the surgery esp of CGHS p[atients.My son is recommended surgery by doctor Sachin and he even mentioned urgent on it. Mr pradeep without understanding the gravity of disease promptly replies that OT is available in first week of Oct 21 . There is bleeding in the toe nail of my son and if left unattended the wound may cause more septic. It is certainly not possible to wait this long because his wound is bleeding and he needs immediate medical care. But this person behaves like this only with the CGHS card patients. If hospitals cannot attend to CGHS card holders than why are they put in the list of CGHS empaneled hospitals.

Mr pradeep when informed about urgency replies you can go to other hospital because OT is not available. The surgery is minor to be done with local anesthesia and doctor also wrote urgent on the paper. This official of moolchand is rude and donot understand the medical urgency. The wound is bleeding and for local surgery i have to wait one month. Indeed it is surprising and i want action against the rude official and quick date for surgery. I am attaching the written submission by mr Pradeep that surgery of local nature cannot be done at moolchand because OT is not free till october.

it is requested that I went for servicing of Air Conditioner of my car number UP 14 CY 1156 on dated 10th July 2021 at 9:30 am as it was not cooling properly at the said service station “ Nimbus Motors Pvt Ltd Sahibabad” where I was attended by the service advisor Mr. Gagandeep Singh and after check up the Air Conditioner of my car by mechanic in my presence then I was told that 200 grams of gas is less and one valve of it needs to be changed and the service Advisor gave me an estimate of ₹ 7500/-( Copy enclosed).
After this, at around 4:00 PM Shri Gagandeep informed that the work of my car is completed and I can take it. But when reached to get the car, I was asked to pay ₹1453/- which was twice the estimated service charge of Rs 7500 and I was told that the entire system has been changed, while in my presence according to Sh. Gagandeep the service Adviser and mechanic, the cost was estimated as ₹ 7500.
It is to be considered that what the actual repair cost can be up to the twice the estimate cost given by any professional service advisor. The difference in the bill has never been more than ₹1000 or ₹2000 so I request you to kindly check whether the service Station had charged arbitrarily only to increase the bill. My car has run between 50000 to 60000 kilometres till now, I have been getting my car serviced on time continuously from your authorized service stations in the past. It seems to me that the service station has unnecessarily changed the nondetective parts of my car just to increase the bill, which were in good working condition in investigation by the service advisor Mr. Gagandeep and the mechanic in my presence.
I have also discussed this matter with Service Manager (Mr. Bist) but he also did not show any particular interest in this matter nor he took any interest in solving my problems. He only advise me that he will reduce ₹1500/- in my next service. But how can he imagine any one can repeat service of one’s car by such unprofessional service station. I doesn't seem appropriate from any point of view to get car repaired from the said service centre.
so you are requested to enquire about the above mentioned Nimbus Motors Private Limited Service Station service station and their service Manager and advisor also whether they are qualified or professional one or not. Possibly they may be charging similar arbitrary service charge from other customers also 4 to 2 times more then the estimated service charges.
I request you to inquire about overcharging and arrange for me to compensate suitably. Otherwise, fix back the parts they have changed in my car so that I can get it repaired by another mechanic at reasonable cost. Hope you will solve my problem and give me proper compensation.

Our monthly consumption on an average is between 250-350 units. Last three months, the meter reading is around 1392 units. We have not changed our consumption pattern for this kind of reading to occur suddenly. This is alarming. Images of the meter reading were sent along with the complaint.

I’m writing to complain about the Dog menace in the 3rd lane of sai madhav nagar, Sector-2, Naiduthota. It is getting very difficult to walk after 7pm or even go on a bike as i get chased by the dogs many times. We have many kids and elderly also living in the same street. It is becoming a consistent problem. The dog population is growing exponentially and they are currently around 15 dogs and some pups along with them. I hope some resolution is provided at the earliest.

I have noticed that testing of metro water at ward no. 15 is done only rajendra nagar from madipakkam lake view tank. Our are not tested regularly. Only two times tested. Please test our kumarsn nagar area of ward no 15
