I placed an order today for which I didn't get any confirmation but my money has been deducted from my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible so that I can place another order.

This is krishna prasad taluri from murali nagar, beside nagdevta temple, bahadurpura i request ing that past two month under drain water over flowing in near my house no. 19-1-912/1/a/9 murari nagar, bahadurpura, puranapool, hyderabad, we already complaining. Ghmc persons came but not rectifying again same problem ple close this issue asap..

Reason for logging the complaint is several times power cut occurs in a day.
now in this pandemic situation we are working from home but we never get chance to work properly as in a day 7 to 8 time there is no electricity available so now we don't know what to do.

so time we I get feel that we are just paying the monthly bill but we never see electric power at our place.

so please do something so we never face the same issue again.

If no, why didn't i had an option to choose insurance option at the time of purchase?

I and many other residents have been facing a big mental health issue due to cats menace in the locality... They keep peeing on doors and scratching residents... We're scared to cross their paths... They keep fighting and creating nuisance the whole night... We hardly get any sleep... It is getting very difficult to live with constant nuisance and unhygienic conditions... Please help us asap...

A pkt of medicine sent by medlife vide your wb no. [protected] of ecom after 24th june but the same has not yet been delivered. Everyday your ecom boys come to our locality so question of restriction due to covid-19 does not arise. The medicine ordered is very important at this stage. Please arrange to deliver at the earliest possible.

Consumer number[protected] have received a message about the bill of july 2020 which is 4 times the amount of my total usage. An amount of rs 22990 has been mentioned in the message where as my normal bill is around rs 5200. This is simply impossible. I am a senior citizen and do not have any income to pay such a huge bill. This is sheer mental torture from your end for a person of 74 years. Unable to go to your office to resolve it because of pandemic. Request you to resolve the issue soon and do the needful on the mail itself on [protected]@gmail.com and relieve me of this mental burden. Also make a serious note that none of your numbers given on the bill or internet can be got through. They are either ringing or if atall its picked the call is disconnected. I am trying very hard since past 3 days to get in touch. Also the bill doesn't open to check the units consumed. Awaiting a quick resolution from your end with a corrected amount.

I am your customer and a delivery of books was due today.. And the address mentioned was my home address... When the delivery guy arrived he didn't reach at my home but at a distance.. I was not at my home.. So i called home and sent my little brother to bring that guy home as the package was too heavy for him to carry.. But the delivery guy refused and left my brother with that heavy package at long distance from my home... Very disappointed by the service...

I have purchased tiles for my new built house.in naveen traders vellore.
I purchased tiles for value @ 1.3 lakes. For parking area i purchased design tiles but i feel discomfort after laying. Found more design offset.in most areas. For hall & other rooms double charged i purchased those are very fine. I was gone to other company tiles for bath room and pantry room. Kindly make a visit & analyze the problems. What is the negative points in your make. Please resolve the problem and change new tiles in free of cost. Kindly make a note.& do the needful.

Sir we are realy so much tired of this drainage problem in our building no nagar nigam woker had yet come dispute of our continues complaint in nagar nigam of our area and we think that we have to post the problem on social media or in press them only we get the solution as this problem is not solved for a long time and we are having trouble from crossing the way as this drainage water is flowed all the way and it also cause health problems

Please help, i have done payment tomorrow from phone pay on magicpin for merchant whirley ice cream via magic pay.
Amount (Rs 255) was deducted from account but not showing on magic pin. Transaction is successfully but payment are not received by merchant whirley ice cream.

This is sidharth, i've recently bought a product from latestdealz site. The description says it is mi band 4 buy 1 get 1 and the product i got is a fake and a damaged product name 'intelligence health bracelet'. The site itself says 24hrs customer service but ever since i can't even send a mail to them. I just want refund of my money and thats all. For further evidence, i have attached the photograph of the fake product and item details. Kindly help me with this.

I ordered for bed and wardrobe and paid in advance for furniture in homecentre Kanpur store on 21 December 2019, the expected date of installation and delivery was28 October, I got the item on 30november and the Home Centre installation department took 4days to install the furniture and did not install my bed correctly. Then I ordered for a mattress and paid before hand and they promised to delver on 5 November on time with bed properly installed, now they dint deliever my mattress, my bed is lyeing like this, mattres ont delivered on time.I kept on calling Home Centre store, they dint answer me . In the evening they called me up and said that the mechanic is not well so can't deliver, im alone in house my husband is abroad .I have to maange everything and these people they take advantage of my innocence and patience, it's high time now, I cannot go to my work stuk up because of furniture .pls give me proper solution and justice and reply, homecentre is not replying pls . Unprofessional behaviour and service

We are facing problem with a street dog which is entering into our gate first no matter whoever is open the gate.
It is taking shelter and doing potty inside and on our terrace which we are cleaning.
It is coming onto people and leaving scratches on them.

It is pregnant may be so we if it delivers inside our house it would be a problem for us to enter or. Leave the house.

There are almost 8 families in our house with small kids.

Request you to take immediate action and do need full.
