I had taken a loan from home credit and paid my settlement amount of 25k in the month of jan 2022, from then iam following up on my Noc with the lawyer who called me for settlement but no response from him tried reaching through all the means,
And today morning i have received a msg in whatsup stating I will have to come to court and i need to pay 40k.
Then I called customer care but no proper response from them...

Myself Bhavin Sharma I hv taken a personal Loan for 36 months MI @ 8980 . I taken moratorium of 4 months out of 6 months . Now the loan tenure increase of 9 months as i not paid for 4 months only. So they are taking more then the Double of the EMIs . Its Incorrect as per the law they charged a Interest on the Loan . So please check this Issue .

With no information, i was paying EMI for months after moratorium and see the mails i got after asking for foreclosure amount.

I have issue with the moratorium interest payment which EMIs have been added in my personal loan [protected].
I had a personal loan for 45months but in lockdown I used moratorium payment scheme as I was job less and that is the reason I wasn't able to make the payment for three consecutive months. But now I see that i need to pay additional 22months of EMIs which is not possible for me. Am ready to pay the three months emi which I missed....

They are asking to take personal loans. & mostly aurtomated calls where we cant even speak to them .. I have answered many calls and told i don't need and to stop calling me but no use.
