Payment paid but in the website its showing the transaction didn't happen.

Today at 7:40 i placed an order for a helmet parts in the website homeshop16.in when checking out the took me to UPI payment app ..and through gpay i paid the ammount but as soon as the transaction is successful in the gpay app the payment page of homeshop16 website went offline .. and in the website the order was not placed .. i think its a scam. The customer service number is unreachable.

Complaint marked as Resolved After few days they delivered the product .. even though its shows as cancelled in their website..
How is this even possible 🤦
Nevertheless i got my product ..so i am marking this as solved .

I booked a riviera 2AMP charger online in www.homeshop16.com its more than 10 days now till now there is no reply i mailed them sevetal times they have a 24*7 xustomer care they do pickup the phone twice and they ensured me that it will be rectified in no time.Now they are not even picking up the phone.I purchases lot of items online but this is the first fraud company i am dealing with
