Mishandling of vehicle during service

Yesterday i got my Honda Unicorn bike serviced from JKM Leela Honda dealership in ghaziabad. When i got the bike bak the rear view mirror was broken & on asking the person told that it was broken before handking over the bike to service. On asking for clarification with pressure he cheked the papers & found that it was broken during service only. I complainted to Mr. Vipin - Service Manager but his casual asnwer was during shifting...
