Over heating issue

I have bs 6 Honda unicorn 160 segment, but while changed my engine oil and also take servicing from honda service center and I went just 30 km for meet my friend and afternoon coming 2 pm my home and literally I so tired from honda unicorn bs6 over heating problem.. 10 to 15 time my bike is stopping automatically..

It's very horrible if I facing this issue my day riding then what a mean buy this bike.....

i told the guy to get me a break switch for 2005 model unicorn for around 5 times I asked him to check the model and finally ended up with wrong size of break switch.

The lady asked for feedback and when I entered poor the machine wasn't accepting and moreover the lady was raising her voice to ask why I was entering poor.

    Hi,
    Am Sherin Sha. I bought a Honda Unicorn from Muthoot Honda, Pathanamthitta, Kerala on March 2009. Am getting really bad servicing from their side. Bike's chain & socket is complaint from 3rd service itself, but whenever i ask about this they are not giving a specific reason and now the Disk break is also got complaint. Even after their service on 17/05/2010 its not working properly. Concerned authorities are ignoring me as they are getting plenty of jobs. We really believe in Honda & we cant tolerate this kind of acts from a dealer.Hope you will do the necessary action for the same.

    sir,
    i would like to inform you that, i brought unicorn from your dealership Surya Honda,Kattupakkam,Cennai-56, for my periodic service. I gave many complaints while filling the job sheets for three consecutive free services but they didnt rectify 90% of the complaints. They did only water wash and telling that company can do only this much. I am facing many problems. I given complaints to the person who enquires about the service through phone but still that is not improved. Every thing is eye wash. I think the people are not trained properly.
    So i disappointed and went to Didar Honda,Karaiyanchavadi,Chennai-56.They are one step ahead than Surya Honda. Not responding the customer,Not hearing complaints from customer. after the paid service at Didar I went and show my bike condition to the manager,Didar Honda. He Said bike is good in condition.
    Three times I escaped from accidents with small injuries because of the complaints I mentioned during free and paid services. Now my complaints are rectified according to Didar. But still my bike engine not even get started.They said they changed spark plug.But I dont know why my engine ranout while riding.What is the truth either they dont know how to service or Unicorn product is not good.
    I am going to file a complaint on consumer court with the bill and my bike
    I really doubt about the customer service in surya honda. They are capable of doing water wash without removing my waste cloth from my dome.
    Shame on surya honda kattupakkam.

      Dear sir ,
      I,d purchased a honda unicorn on 20th aug 09, it covered only 3970kms only,
      yesterday my vehicle got brake down due to accelarator cable cut, i called the chandra honda service station today morning and informed about this incident but they asked to take the bike workshop, i dont know how to run the bike without accelarator, i,m totally dissatisfied with the helpline service,

      Honda/Unicorn — Honda service Station bad service

      Hi, I have purchase Honda Unicorn on 4-Dec-2006. In the first servec which i have taken from 'OM Sai Honda', Charkop, Kandivali(W), Mumbai., i complained them about the head light which was not focussing properly. After first service they assure me that it will work fine but the condition was same as earlier.Same thing i have complained in 2nd and 3rd service also and same reply comes from that people. In forth service when i shouted, they told me that the part is deficitive and had to be change with some money. Even this is manufucaturing defect and has to be replaced with no extra charge. Also they have given me 4th free service date, and when i approach at that date they told me that the date is lapsed and asked me for service charge. Again same thing happen in 5th service...I want my bike defecitive part to be replaced and they should give me free service as per date they have mentioned.
      I, d purchased a honda unicorn on 3 month ago,
      my vehicle got battery problem, i called the krishana honda service station sangrur.
      they took my battery for replacement, bt after that they not picking phone and if i go there, they giving me date only dates

      Also i, m not satisfied with the helpline service,

        Engine heat Problem

        Hi,

        I have Honda Unicorn, which I brought from Fortune Motors, Hyderabad on July 2008. Recently(2months back) I am facing problem with Engine. when I ride 3 to 4 km the Engine was getting very heat. I asked for Showroom Engineer regarding this problem. He said he want to observe for one day. I given my bike to Honda Show room @ Fortune Honda Showroom, Nereedmet,Hyderabad for service. after that service also I am facing...
