I have purchased honor 9i mobile on 21 feb 2018.
On 25 sept 2019, the screen is removing from corners and light white patch is on screen.
Service centre told me that the battery will be replaced and you hve to pay rs. 1500 for that and after that we will see display patches which i think will be charged.
I just want to know where is the fault of a user. Its the technical fault of honor company who uses fault products.

The back of my phone has a small break. That was when i bought a new mobile. I did not do it correctly in the service center for some time. Honor service center did not fulfill my legitimate request.

Very worst honor service

Sir,
I have puchases honor 8 pro from amazon.in on[protected]. After 6 months it fell down and it's display damaged. I gave the mobile at palakkad service center. They told me that there is no guarantee for display. They told to change display i have to pay rupees 6050. After one month i got it after paying rs.6050. But it's front camera clarity is not the same as the old one. I think it's not original. Now what can u do for this?...

I have purchased honor 9lite phone two months earlier and suddenly it switch off and after that it stops working i visit there service center situated at gurgaon there they told me phone is completely damaged due to water and repair cost will be rs 18000.
My phone never down in water or something second this my phone cost is 10999 and they are demanding 18000 for repaiering how's it possible
After that i kept my phone on charging and after 1 hour it bootup in e recovery mode but i am unable to do that.
It shows problem is of operating system but for making money service center guys are cheating with customer.
It broke my trust and i am so depressed as it is very hard earn money which i spent to purchase the phone but phone stops working in two months
Even service center charged rs 177 from me as phone is in warranty than what is this charge for.

I have Purchased my mobile “Honor Holly 2 Plus” from WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd on 18/04/2016 vide invoice no. # DEL[protected].

On 4th of September I found my mobile's audio is not working, I have submitted my mobile for repairing at Honour’s Authorized service centre in bhavnagar at Alix system on 5th of september 2016. due to system erro the job sheet was not being process at that time so, The customer care executive accepted mobile for repairing vide receipt no. 192. and promissed me that job sheet would prepare next day.The customer care executive also informed me you would get your device within 7-10 working days. After 10days I have started following up for my mobile at Bhavnagar service center but every executive was giving me different reasons instead to repair and return back the mobile. The Job sheet made on 28th sep 2016 vide Job sheet no. HU[protected] and Recept No. BAH/HU/16/00021. Many time I have visited Bhavnagar Service center but the customer care executive never provide me the status of my mobile. every time he has been excusing by not received from company. I also complaint at honor support via E-mail and toll free number but there is no proper reply from them. almost two months left but still I have not received my mobile from service center. Very poor approach of company as well as service center. I have wasted too much time for following up, and personally visits. Still as on today’s date I have not received it back. I kindly request you to please take this matter on priority and find the company for poor service and mental harassment to customer. Very poor support of customer care as well as company.

I purschase a power bank of honor company and some problem in my device i complaint and send his serive center chennnai and till date i dont recived my power bank

i send my power bank first april month and he send my defective device
and i again complaint than i send again my device 4 may 2016, and i dont recived my power bank till date .

its is very harmful .

My name is jagan mohan, last 20days back purchesd honor b model phone .phone box acceries missing head phones only but i dont compliant this model and recently purchesd another model honor holly this is also head phones missing.but acceries mentioned head phones also why r u not sending head phones this product.i am a regular customer in flipcart plz try to understand my problem and salve the problem.i dont know well english please resolve problem.
