I had bought a basic plan including a cloud domain from Hosting Mela on 26 September 2024, the payment for which I had paid in Manas ji's account because he had told me that the main account was closed, for which he had also given me a bill, but till date my domain and hosting service has not started and Manas ji is neither replying to my messages nor picking up my calls since then, please take the trouble of activating the services and talk to Manas ji in this regard.

I renewed my domain on time, but they suspended my domain and now I am not able to access any of it. I asked for epp code but still they did not respond. Now I am losing my money to them as well as I am not able to get rid of them also, Worst hosting provider. Please do not go to this kind of Cheap and useless hosting providers.

I am Muhammad Junaid, I recently purchased a basic cloud hosting plan. I am facing a 403 Forbidden error on my website "displayjbz.com". And also when I publish a new post on my wordpress website it cannot be posted error is (Failed to publish. The response is not a valid JSON response).
I am contacting your support team but they cannot resolve the issue. Please forward these issues to your professional/expert/technical team to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I attach some screenshot or screen recording in the attachment box for quick understanding of my problem.

I had renewed my service and got the payment link(proof) to make the payment, i have made the payment to hostmental.com(tranaction details). then they made a habit of deduction monthly, (I cannot public proof as have some confindential details), when i texted them they not respned on time and inspite if submitting the proof they said no such payment has been received, then again subbited the bill, then they accepted, now its 2.5 month no refund has made, and they have down the domain intentionally, if you subscribe them with online link they will keep debiting amount monthly, fraud hai hostmella, payment kisi hostmental.com par lete hai, unauthorized transaction karte hai aur customer service to birkul bakwas aur tc hai, no respond on time, proof dedne ke baad bhi mukar jate hai ke aisa hamare paas kuch bhi nahi hia, savdhann rahe,

100% fraud company. they don't reply properly or solve any issue after getting money. they have return policy but they never return. service is worst.

They stole my 1700 for the fake services .There is lots of error in the server and mostly all the servers are very old expired. They are just making fool all the buyers and not going to refund your money there only 4, 5 people's. They always cut your call if you are asking to resolve issue and always ignore after buying any of the services. They are scammer

They fraud me and not refunding my money. Also misbehaving and making joke of me. There is no support at all. There is lots of error in theirs sever most of the server are expire they are just making fool

I Have purchased hosting service and Domain through Hosting Mella its been 3days but till now the domain is inactive.. As i asked the reason they are saying that domain name selected is already taken but actually they showed me it is available also i have paid for that... Now they are asking for replace of domain, I also submitted the new domain name but they are not responding.. Such a Worst Hosting Service

हेलो दोस्त, मैंने मेला से होस्टिंग और डोमेन बाय किया था दोस्तों मैंने होस्टिंग को और डोमेन को दोनों को रिन्यूअल भी करवाया लेकिन होस्टिंग मिला ने क्या किया वह मुझे पता नहीं है लेकिन आज 7 दिन हो गया है अभी तक मेरी वेबसाइट बंद है उनसे बात करने पर भी कोई भी रिप्लाई नहीं देते हैं ना ही फोन पर बात करते हैं जबकि और लोग बोलते हैं हम 24/7 सपोर्ट प्रोवाइड करते हैं लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ मुझे कोई भी उन्होंने रिप्लाई नहीं किया होस्टिंग मेला एक गुजरात की सबसे बड़ी फर्जी कंपनी है जो डोमेन रिनुअल करने का पैसा ले लेता है लेकिन हो रिन्यूअल नहीं करता है

मैं अपना डोमेन को दूसरा रजिस्टर से ट्रांसफर करना था लेकिन https://hostingmella.com ने मुझे EPP कोड देने में मना कर दिया और सर फिर जब डोमेन एक्सपायर होने वाला था उससे पहले मैंने रिन्यू करवा लिया लेकिन सर https://hostingmella.com ने रिन्यू करने के बाद मेरा साइट बंद कर दिया उसका नेमसर्वर चेंज कर दिया 20 तारीख से लेकर 23 तारीख तक हो गए लेकिन अभी भी मेरा साइट ओपन नहीं हो रहा है और https://hostingmella.com मैं उसका सपोर्ट पर बात करने में मुझे कोई भी रिप्लाई नहीं दे रहा है आज भी मेरा 3 दिन से वेबसाइट बिल्कुल बंद है उससे पहले मैं उनसे EPP कोड मांगा था लेकिन https://hostingmella.com ने मुझे कोड भी नहीं दिया और ना ही मेरे ईमेल पर EPP कोड सेंड किया जा रहा है और मेरा डोमेन में Whois डाटा भी मेरे नाम का नहीं है जबकिमैं hostingmella.com को जब डोमेन BUY किया तब भी ईमेल आईडी और पता मोबाइल नंबर सब कुछ दिया था लेकिन उसने उसमें अपडेट नहीं किया

I have submitted nameserver change request on hosting mella website before 3 day ago. after submitted nameserver request they are showing that we are taking 24 hour for nameserver change in wesbite. and then I created ticket in their website but no reply. and then when I message on customer support whatsapp number ([protected]) after 2 day of nameserver request submitted through website.. i had sent message on morning they are replying me after many messages in night time . and then again they are asking me for new nameserver details I provided again..i am still waiting after 4 day of my first request submitted. they are not giving any proper reply or solution. my ticket no 378895

I purchased their hosting on 2nd December 2022. I've asked shivam jha who is a worker at this fraud company, I asked him is it good hosting company then he replied yes! just pay amount and start your business online. I come in his promise and bought this fake hosting.
All was working fine till 7 days then just after that website...

It caused me huge loss in traffic as well as revenue. I have call recordings, telling they are valid hosting company and promising best servers in India.

Now, when I contacting them for solving the problem, they either cut the call or don't pick mostly.
Please sir/mam solve my problem. It's about my hard earned money (8256)rs.

I purchased Hosting Mella hosting in November 8th 2022. Even just 2 days problems start occuring. I;ve purchased premium cloud hosting worth 10000 rupees. Now they've given poor servers that costs around 500 rupees. My site always goes down.
My visitors are compalining about this issue and I've lost many viewers becausse of this poor hosting.
Please help I want to take back my money from those fraudsters.
