They are not responding to my message, not picking the calls, but seeing all the message no proper response
My site with all the works i have made is now gone, too fraud
Dont buy from them, now im going to raise a complaint with ICANN
Please ban them. You can check all the reviews in trsutpiolt also, so many got cheated by them

Hostingmella is fully fraud company not returning money back

Recently I purchased hosting on hostingmella.com which cost me 1500 shared hosting with free domain name. I install WordPress to my domain name but domain inactive for 4 days straight. when i argue with them over whatsapp chat they activate my my domain name. I got this hosting plan for my client & because of 4 days passed my client cancel web hosting project & now i have no use of this hosting so i simply ask hostingmella SUPPORT system for refund my money & cancel my hosting & domain name.. they completely denied & said its not in our policy.. You can get new domain name & host other website. I have seen such useless hosting company who is argue with client & not refund money for valid reason & not even accept his mistakes. my email id is = [protected]@gmail.com
with same email id i purchase hostingmella hosting & i regret that this company is full of ### scam.. do not waste your time & money with hostingmella. they are completely fraud.

Hi,
My issue is related to ticket number #146060. I had written an email on 18th November, 2023 regarding not able to get EE Code. Almost one week passed and I have not received the EE codeformy domain. They are just delaying it by saying false promises.
On 20th, November 2023, one of the operator told me that she will resolve my issue on that day but till now no help. They are also not replying to emails.
My domain is expiring within a week and they are blacmailing like this.
Please help me in this regard.

EPP code
HsotingMella is not providing the EP code for the transfer of the Domain, Actually, it should be available to the customer any time to get it from the Cpanel and unlock the Domain, but they are not listing it wantedly and not even providing it to the owners when contacting the support team. This is a policy violation of hosting providers, this is to be addressed, and take serious action on "HostingMella" hosting company

I purchased hosting + domain from them but they are not proving services of hosting. firstly 2 weeks their mail service was not working and now their hosting service stopped.. there is no server alloted to me.. and previously a blocked ipaddress server was given after taking money. now also they are ignoring instead of providing solutions to me.. i think it's a fraud company who are looting peoples with the name of cheap services. please take strict action against them. i have occurred losses because of this. my website is down from 3 weeks. all my clients are gone by saying you even don't have a working website. please remove these kind of fake service providers from this society. take sone action otherwise he will do same thing with many others in present and future.

Complaint marked as Resolved i raised issue on their website for mail services but i didn't get any response. only they replied mail service temporary not available. and after that they didn't replied my second ticket yet. and from 2-3 days my website is not working. so i contacted them on whatsapp +91 87997 91554 and he said ok I'll do your work but he didn't.. Even in morning also i messaged him but he said I'll do ok.. then when i open my cpanel ny website data was gone.. means my website was deleted from their servers. and my sub domains were also not there and subdomain data files my all script files was not available there. and my clients and other users complaint me that there is no such website. you are fraud. i lost my clients and my business loss occurs. and it was already happening due to mail services. my customers are not getting mails and even in not getting their feedbacks due to mail service not available. what is my fault sir. i paid money. it's their responsibility to give services. please help me sir. my whole website is gone 😭😭😭
