Not give refund as they told me 30 days money back guarantee
I buy premium corporate hosting product id 686290 on dated 16 sep 2024 ruppee 9001 and on 18 sep 2024 they ask me for migration then i give them my previous hosting user name and password for migration they done within 24 hours but website not working after i talk to sales team that website not working team ask me to raise ticket i raise the ticket and do waiting but after 2 days website not working then techteam call me and told me that your website have more input output that;s way not working then i ask for refund my money back but sales team ask me talk to crm team and crm team ask me talk to sales team then i give a mail to crm team but they same told me that ask to sales team now today crm refuse to refund money back and told me that no refund policy but i have all screen short which team send me on whatsapp please help me now i think i stuck my money.

I have requested Hosting Raja team to migrate my domains and VPS hosting services on 05th January, 2023. but still not migrated and they suspended my VPS server, without my approval they closed many complaint tickets WITHOUT RESOLVING. Support team is the worst and all errors.
While I'm applying EPP code with other domain servers the pop up shows like *These domains aren’t ready to transfer. You need to unlock them at the current registrar and enter a valid authorization code to finalize the transfer.*
I have shared (with screen shots) the hosting raja support person (Manikandan-[protected]), but the issue has not yet been resolved.
I have reached the Other-technical team and checked everything, I'm sure,
problem with hosting raja sites only.
I have requested them to disable registrar lock Recommended, regenerate the authorization code EPP Code, and provide the new EPP code for 21stcenturycardiology.org and 21stcenturypublisher.org
Yesterday they sent me an invoice for renewal, even they aware of migration, intentionally they slow my migration, suspended my account and now they are asking to renew of services.
I don't want to continue with their services, frequent down time and worst customer support.

HOSTINGRAJA is getting worse day by day, they are behaving like goons, they will do what ever they think and promote it like they have done it in favor of their customers.
Without any consent from the customers they have transferred the customers from one server to another, this is unethical, the customer has paid for something, they delivered it and inbetween they have withdrawn it and now gave the customer a sub-standard product.
I appeal them to refund me in full with all my other expenses that i have incurred with them in time of the time being with the.

Fraudulent activities. They are not refunding my money. I cancelled their subscription due to their pathetic service, but my money is not refunded. They are playing around. It's almost 2 months now I am following up

Hosting Raja company is cheating with many customers. Their most review are fake. They call you till you don't buy a hosting, or higher package. When you bought it or have degraded your web hosting package, their hosting team becomes hostile, they BLOCK YOUR CALLS, E-MAILS, AND DON'T REPLY YOUR TICKETS.
They closed my server, EVEN 3 LATER TOO, WHEN I PAID BILL.
They closed my complaint ticket WITHOUT RESOLVING.
They don't pick call. Some illiterate GREEDY RICH KIDS are running this company.

Support team is worst and all errors, I bought on[protected], but till now there all issues and support team will say 30 Mints from past 4 hours.
Emails Panel issue, File Manger Issue and PHPMyadmin Issue, then what is perfect working. I think only payment gateway is working great. why like this worst service, your cheating customers.
My Paid Invoice is HR/2021-22/8096, Don't say Fake review.
First check with your team and upgrade quality service and then contact customers.

Hi, its been 24 hours now they have suspended my server for no reason. i bought my vps on[protected] and within 12 hour they sent me a mail saying high bandwidth usage contact as soon as possible when i contacted no ones picking up calls neither replying on chats. they are available to suspend the server but not to solve the problem. So disappointed by the them. my ticket id is 979511.

HostingRaja is a worst hosting company in India, please do not go for them else you will not only loose the money but also the faith of your clients if getting this for host your client application.
At the time of renewal they have made 100 Calls but after payment received they are not even bothers to reply on tickets.

My webhosting account is suspended and hostingraja is telling to upgrade to dedicated server but i am not capable to upgrade it financially because its to high. hence i am quiting the hostingraja services. so please give me my website data backup and refund my past recharged plan money for webhosting and domain renewal.
hosting raja just send the mail and said that your account is suspended. they even don't give me time to take my website backup. in mail the said they will give 24 hours time but they don't. its really unfair.

Hostingraja.in is a company which a dark spot in Indian IT Industry. Though they proudly claim as indian hosting company but their services never works and after taking advance payment all my site hosted has stopped working.
I am doing followup with them but with no solutions.

Hosting server down again and again
After calling plenty of times and after giving assurance this issue is never coming again but still issue never resolve. Pathetic service pathetic support and due to covid they stop the support number but not sales and renewal number because covid not affect sales person.
I lost plenty of customer due to pathetic service.

purchased gold package shared hosting at rs 9000 for 5 years, database is down in-office peak hours. very poor response time.

I purchased the gold package on 12-september-2020.
After 2 to 3 days i upload a site which has basic office operation like creating invoice and all that.
For 2 days it was working slowly but my client didn't complain about it, but after that day site won't work as it was working. It keeps loading in office peak hours. After complaining to hosting raja through ticket they said they made changes on the server, so it will work now.
Then after, i started observing database activity from phpmyadmin monitor section. I came to know without using a single database the cpu usage was 100% consistently and more than 80 connections were there. I again complained the same thing on 19th-september-2020 to hosting raja, they told me to check my frontend activity to load web page load faster by fixing problem from gtmatrix.
Then after, i asked them to refund my money back which is not worth for having this type of server for 5 years.
Since last complain which i made yesterday, neither the database is working properly and not even having response from them on none of the tickets.
Please find attachments for the evidence of my problems.
The key concern is that they instantly called me back when they find my that something there in there "cart" or someone is going to purchase a package to give them lucrative offers but they are not that active in after sales service at all.
So after writing above thing and facing these much problems on existing server. I still request them to give my money back.

Updated by shahdigs007 When I raised ticket for "Refund Money" on their Ticket forum, they told me that as below:"Dear client
This is to inform you that, a refund cannot be processed unless you face any issues from the server-side. you have to optimize your website to resolve the CPU usage, kindly optimize the site to resolve the issue.
Regards"
Then I reverted them back the problem was there in their Database Server then they aggreed that they were having downtime on their server, that means they can have downtime since when I complained them for new server's bug and they agreed on this on the ticket.
"We are really sorry for the unfortunate downtime happened from out data center due to some network issue, We will migrate your account to different server where you will not face any issues so please let us know the time to migrate your account to different server."
- That means they can have downtime for 3 to 4 days and it can be look after once you find problem on their server and inform them.
Note: If they were already aware they must have informed me but they didn't informed me. So it is clear that there was a problem in their server.
After prooving that the problem was their in their server then I asked them to give my money back because I am a developer and initially I have to pay on behalf of client and for this service client didn't accepted that I should pay and Client didn't even pay me money for this buggy server which can be off for 3 to 4 days.
After informing my story to Hosting Raja they replied me as below:
Dear client,
"sorry sir this is to inform you that, a refund cannot be processed unless you face any issues from the server-side and also fixed your database issue. We make sure that this issue will not happen again. as of now, your site is functioning perfectly. we request you to monitor your account for another 24 hours.if you face any issues related to the server within this time period, kindly confirm us we will migrate your account to a different server."
So I told them that I am concluding with the below message because I don't know whether we do have any other way to get money back from the Hosting Raja or not.
Message from me for all the people for the Fraud Hosting Raja,
"Let me update this conversation on consumer complain so other people can come to know about your brand new server which doesn't work after 2-3 days of purchasing it.
The buggy server didn't fulfill/satisfy the requirement of my client and now the client is not available for the payment even just because hosting raja's brand new server which given my client's entire 3 working days off, and due to that, I loose my money from my pocket.
Also I can't refer these hosting or other services from hosting raja to anybody in my circle because you are fraud company who are giving buggy server to their clients.
You fixed the issues after 3-4 working days but it is of no use now.
You guys are having Very Bad and Poor Technical Expertise where a developer has to inform you that the problem is there in your server. Actually these should be monitored on your end.
Concluding with the line that I lost my money and my client both due to your Buggy Server, Bad Services and Poor Technical Expertise."

My Website is down after migration into HOSTINGRAJA and no support by technical team

My Website (wayofpleasure.in) was working fine with old hosting provider SiteGround, but after site migration by HOSTINGRAJA Technical team my site is not working some time it load page after 5 min and keep getting 500/400 server unavailable.
Now Technical team is saying that you have to optimize your DB but I want to know how my site is working fine with old Hosting provider.
If you can not resolve this issue, so please cancel my plan and revert my many back

"worst service provider we have had ever experienced, we bought a windows hosting for one of our project and there multiple issues, and absolutely no support from the support, to our surprise they took their own time to respond without any resolution and finally delete the tickets without our consent, after waiting for so long for resolution finally we gave up on hosting raja and now we have moved to a new provider without any difficulties we have hosted our solution and running fine,
But hosting raja despite the fact that there was no resolution and they prolonged to give solutions to issue now have not even refunded the amount and when raised the issue to i am being sent to pillar to post first call our call center staff, then they asked me to send a email to [protected]@hostingraja.in and now after one month of writing the email too now they claim they have resolved all issues and now we are not eligible for refund,

At the time when i was buying a website hosting and i had no knowledge about the same, they cahrged me a lot for hosting for three years. Later i got to know that they had given me shared servers in which my website use to run very slow

If someone really wants to loose their business, money & time then they can go for hostingraja. Worst hosting service ever & free headache guaranteed. Really surprised by some of the people reviews here. I bought their nano cloud servers after reading those comments and thats the biggest mistake i have done. Not sure if those comments are written by them or their customers!
I bought their nano cloud servers on 22 jan and so far we have raised 11 tickets including 2 escalations within 16 days and i am requesting and following them to refund the amount for past 5 days. Each day, different person talking with different reasons, so many fake promises to continue the service but asusual the server goes down or some issue arise again within few hours for sure.
Worst customer support:
Since i asked for a refund, they put my call on hold and made to wait for more than 36 mins. No value for their customers.
Raised a escalation ticket and followed the crm team for 5 hours only to get response mail saying that the issue will be resolved only after two days which is monday! Really fedup with their escalation process and their service.
Today, surprisingly got a reply that they will provide refund in pro-rated basis which means they gonna deduct 1900 rs from total amount. Really having no words to explain to receive such a pathetic response.
Requested them again for justification or to refund the entire amount. Waiting patiently for past 5 hours and so far no reply.
Other than choosing their service, i dono whats the mistake i have done. (Screen shot shows everything)
If anyone want to go thru all these headaches, go for hostingraja.
I bought their nano cloud servers on 22 jan and so far we have raised 11 tickets including 2 escalations within 16 days and i am requesting and following them to refund the amount for past 5 days. Recently i noticed that it will be down during peak business hours, i have screen shots taken and reported this to the service provider several times, but no result.
My website: http://www.xlvba.net today i checked it usually do not work after 1 am until 7.30 am ist that is working hours in usa and several other countries, causing loss for the business.

I got nano cloud server for 18k per year. And from the day 1 i am getting issues in that server, i dont know people working there are fit only to # or not even to #. Some # will cal me several hours after and say that issue is resolved, you can start #ing. And next day same happens.

hosting raja biggest fraud
I paid 15, 000 rs. For 5 years for unlimited hosting.
But,
I had the same story mentioned here. Not different one... So, i wonn't repeat again. I just like to mention here that, its not "hostingraja, india's no. 1 hosting company", its "ghostingraja, india's no. 1 420 biggest fraud company"... Don't go to them. Let them shut down their operations...

Hosting raja is completely fraud / fake/ worst company i have seen ever they cheat with customer and without any information and communication they suspend your cpanel and domain name for new big amount and if you talk to their technical support they talk very rudely and misbehave with customer, i feel hosting raja have worst executive and staff and it is totally fake, fraud and worst company

They are money frauds. I opted gold plan and every thing seemed to work fine for initian money refund period of 30 days. I paid for full year hosting. after 30 days the problems started. they suspended my account 3 times in last 10 days saying that my website is making extra load for other users. How can this be technically possible? they gave me certain ram, bandwidth and space and mysql space.. this should not be technically possible. They say that their customer service is superb.. its FAKE. customer people are so arrogant. When i asked to unsuspend my website.. they said that they cannot give me whole server of 30 lacs to me. They cant even provide the service for which people pay. I ask them. Can you provide me the service for 2500/- Rs i have paid you for 12 months with customer support? They also did not gave me the back up of my site. I made my site for last 1.5 years and they taken it away and never bothered to give me back my intellectual property. I am a musician and i make my site own. I do a lot of work to make quality content without violating others copyrights. I asked them for refund and still they are not replying. They want to take more money. They always say to take VPS. My site only gets 100 views per day and i dont require VPS. I dont want their hosting anymore. Even free hostings like 000webhost are great then Hosting Raja.

maine hostingraja.in se vps hosting buy ki hai.pr meri site migration wo sahi se nahi kar pa rahe .
kaise bhi kar ke pluging ki madat se migration kar diya. fir maine name sarver change kiya . aur apni site ke admin pannel me gaya to waha mujhe error database connection ka msg aa raha tha mai jan gaya ki site ka migration sahi se nahi hua hai to maine ticks me apni problem batai par waha se reply ane me 2 gante lag gaye tab tak meri site down rahi .
par waha se reply aata hai ki apka ram aur cpu usages jada hai maine turant apna name sarver change kar ke apne purni hosting me chala gaya .
fir hostingraja ke support team ke taraf se call ata hai aur wo kahte hai ki hamse galti ho gai hai apka ram aur cpu usage jada nahi hai . hamse galti ho gai hai aap ka hum dubara migration karege
par wo sahi se nahi kar pa rahe
to maine 24 gante ke andar apna refund mag
par wo refund dene se mana kar rahe hai

The worst service provider. Tech team with lack of knowledge and worst behavior. Nowadays continue problems and no proper resolution is common in Hostingraja. And additional is Misbehavior. When i asked could you please tell why the problem arise & how to resolve it permanently. I received " do you think we are creating problem here, how would i know" From tech support to CRM all don't even know how to behave and how to resolve problems. They all are by any means eager to close ticket whether problem resolve or not. Better stay away choose other service provider.
