With deep remorse I would like to bring to your kind notice that the behavior of Staff stationed at Hotspot Retail Private Limited G -3 Gedor Hose 51Nehru Place New Delhi 110019 is extremely annoying and pathetic toward a senior citizen like me who is working as GM HR & Admin with Shahnaz Husain Group ( www.shahnaz.in ).
I had a purchase of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 black for Samsung A 73 amounting Rs. 6000/-on 22.09.2023 from Mr. Dinesh working with HOTSPOT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED NEHRU PLACE.
In order to gain instant benefit, he handed over an outmoded and detrimental ear phone to me which was found malfunctioning from the day one I purchased.
When I raise an issue that the product is not working properly and the sound in only one side is coming, he said that he will get the same rectified from the company but to my utter surprise he kept the product for 10 days and finally returned the product saying that the same is outdated and not available.
Please intervene since I am an old citizen and cannot move from pillar to post to lodge a complaint which is malfunctioning from the day one.

I have purchased samsung A33 for the store of hostpot nehru place new delhi they have give me the locac adapter of the phone and they are accepting the fault how can they do such thing with this reputed organisation i want my money back and this is lead a vry bad. Experience for me to purchase any phone from your store recommend my friends not to purchase any thing from your store

I have purchased a Nokia N-73 mobile phone from your hotspot retail store, saini encalve new delhi 110092. with Invoice No.[protected] with addtional care pack on 2-9-2008. last month i had some problems with my phone so gave it to your Saini enclave hotspot store for repair under the care pack. they told me it will take atleast 1 week to be repaired i agreed and gave my phone to them. After 1 week they returned me my phone telling me it has been repaired. But when i checked it had the same problems as it had earlier i.e( phone hangs, noise of somthing broken inside the phone, volume keys not working, memory card slot not working, sim card registration failed, insert sim card like messages etc... ).
After 2 days i again gave my phone to the same store for repair telling them i was repaired last time. that time too they told me it take 1 week. After 1 week when they returned me my phone same problems were still there i.e( phone hangs, noise of somthing broken inside the phone, volume keys not working, memory card slot not working, sim card registration failed, insert sim card like messages etc... ).

No status of the complaint and my mobile
This is a complaint about the Hot Spot mobile store at Madhuban chowk, Rohini, Delhi.
My name is Gaurav Kapoor and Iam a banker. Want to tell the harrasment which I am facing from the hot spot mobile store. I have purchased a Mobile Make-Fly, model no. B-700, wide receipt no.5827 and also took a Care Pack (kind of insurance) wide receipt no. 5830. from them in the month of April' 08.
In the month of august Ifaced a problem in the mobile that my voice is not audible to the person other side so I took the mobile to the same (Madhuban chowk, Rohini, Delhi) hot spot as I was told at the time of purchase that as I have took the Care Pack if I face any problem in the mobile I will directly approach to this outlet of hot spot.
The guy at the center Mr. Shashi and Mr Dhiraj says that they need to send it to the service center based at Pitampura and they submitted the mobile. The person at the service center Mr. Manoj says there is a software problem in the mobile so he has to send the mobile set to the main service center based at Okhla-Delhi.
This entire procedure took 15days and they send the mobile set back to the service center at Pitampura.
After confirming with Manoj he says that again the same problem is occuring in the mobile set so he need to send the set again to the service center.
I spoke to the store manager Mr. Dhiraj at hot spot Madhuban chowk Rohini. This guy doesn't have any status and was arguing that they are providing the service.
I don't know what kind of services he is talking about, Does it take 20 days to upgrade the software in the mobile?
I ask to replace the mobile he says its a company's call he can't do anything on it. Then what is this care pack for ?
I am totally frustated on their services.
Please tell what I have to do.

I had bought a sony mobile K 530i with which i was assured ablue tooth, worth RS 1200/-but till date its been 10 days that i have asked the executives continously, but nothing has been done so far. i regret buying my phone from there. Pl, dont buy ever from MOBILE STORE.
Kindly help me as the executives out there argue illogically and rudely.

I had purchased a NOKIA 5300 from and an Apacer memory card from Hotspots Retails ltd. No. 44, Sri Chamundeshwari Complex, 1st Floor, 100 Ft. Rd. BSK 3rd Stg, Bangalore-85, on 08/08/2008.
The memory card had a few songs stored from the time it was sold to me and was write-protected and unusable. I detected the problem later and went back to the store but was told that because there was a month's delay they could not do anything about it. Incidentally, they had not even broken the seal of either the handset or the memory card in front of me. I suspect that a used card was given to me by the dealer.
I am providing you with the item/lot no. of both the handset and the card. Request you to give me the name of the customer to whom the product was sold to resolve this issue and prevent further misuse of the hotspots brand with which I have had an excellent experience heretoforth.

Hotspot mobile store and Nokia mobile — Poor Product and Worst service
Few months back i have brought Nokia - N 81 from Hotspot Mobile Store at Ahmedabad, Satelite. Within one -two months i started having problems with my new mobile. Some number were not showing from contacts list, space was seen but no number was displayed another problem was while inserting number in the sms the "ok" option was not showing... I went to the store they said its software problem..????Within 2 months of purchase the software has problem and that to from such a good company Nokia... i asked them... in reply they said we are not makers of mobile...we just sell it .Then who is responsible for this...we pay money to Hotspot Mobile store you are responsible for the quality of the product not us...we are not going to nokia company to say this... you should have take care of same. If Hotspot Mobile Store cannot take care of the quality of the products then they should not sell it. Moreover they fooled my by asking to buy some "care pack" which was around[protected] rupees. so if i have any problem with the mobile they will get it solved immediately.
They just said we will get it repaired, my say is I have to take trouble of taking mobile to store for repair, be without mobile for X no of hours or days. Above all there is Wastage of money, time and energy.
This is the first time i have brought the Nokia mobile from another shop otherwise i always used to always buy mobile from Nokia Priority dealer and i have never faced such a problem with Nokia phones.
I would recommend not to buy mobile from any Hotspot Mobile Store as they just seller of POOR QUALITY MOBILE.
They are having my mobile from last 2 months and yet not given me back. They just keep on telling its gone for repairing.
What is the way should i get my new mobile back.

I contacted Mr. Vikas and he suggested me to get it serviced, on the service center dated 27/09/08. I am shocked to hear that, why a New handset need to be send to the service centre? Anyway with the word of assurance from him I agreed to send and get it functional.The service engineer commented that there is some carbon on the battery.Can you convince me on this?
When I received the Handset the second day and I tried to connect it, I again faced some issue and the set even didn't get started.I again had a hot argument with Mr. Vikas in this regard, and he has no solution for me rather then sending it again to the sevice centre.I have already left the set on the store dated 28/09/08.
Could you please take the issue on the top priority and get it resolved. As I know, Samsung would never like to loose there valuable customer, but seeing above I am loosing the trust on the company, and it may defame the company reputation.
Please get back to me in case any clarification are required.

this is umesh my concern is that i purchased two mobile phones -nokia 5300 and sony erricson 350i on dated 8/8/08 and they said iwould avail 2 bluetooth set free but till date 1/10/08 i have not rceived they said iwould get within 3 days, 4, and going on...but last 2 days back iwent to the outlet but to shock the outlet is been shifted to some other place with prior notice...i dont know what to do out let of coles road

The services are the same in Chennai, I am not going to wait for some one to take action, I am going to the Consumer court. Friends I advise you to do the same. These Kinds of companies will keep sticking knives at our backs till we do something about it .
Yes, even i faced the sane problem from hotspot, i got sx210 mobile in the month of aug now, the touchpad and keypad are not working, whn ever i call the showroom they ask me to ask service center and in service center the are so rude to ans, they always tell we will call back u never did single time, unhappy with the behavior of the hotspot people

Yes, I agree with the complaints made against HOTSPOT mobile stores. They sell mobile phones with carepacks and even after two days if any buyer comes with a problem, they ask him to go to service centre. Hotspot people also says that Govt. has made a rule that sold items will not be replaced, they will be serviced. While most of the foreign online stores give money back gurrantee in case of dis-satisfaction. I experienced this behaviour of Hotspot after purchasing Fly dual sim mobile from a Hotspot centre in Daryaganj, New Delhi. I have decided not to buy from HOTSPOT and you can decide at your own.
The mobile store shop is totally fraud i purchase one tata indicom mobile from shah ali banda branch, hyderabad they cannot provide proper service and gives false commetments.
they commit for rs.1800/-talktime comes in tata indicom mobile but not a single rupee comes in that.I am totally frustrated please take any action on that otherwise after some days later the mobile stores shops totally finished like that services

THe mobile stores/ Nokia E71 — Mobile battery not working immedaitely after the purchase
Dear Sir,I have recently bought a new Nokia E71 handset ([protected]) from the mobile stores chembur outlet. After the handset was delivered to my place I realized that the battery is not able to charge. My husband visited the dealer twice and finally we were told that the battery is non functional and we will have to go to Parel Nokia servicing centre to change the battery.
First thing, I didnot expect that a new NOKIA handset will give problems like this. Secondly, I found it highly unfortunate that a reputed chain like the Mobile stores is not able to take the resposibility to rectify the problem encountered in a new handset. I dont understand why should We take the resposibility of taking the handset to parel so far away, that too after paying a handsome amount of Rs 20, 000/- .
I am really disappointed at the type of services provided by the mobilestores dealer. Kindly look into my query.

he says he is frm dakshinpuri, he is behaving very rudly and want to show that he can fight also if psbl.

Hotspot — Selling mobile with broken seal
Lucky to have noticed. This happened in showroom Hotspot @ Annagar. I went to buy nokia mobile. She was explaining me stuff about the new mobile 5800. They said they did not have demo piece. Since I have done my home work on the mobile thought of buying the mobile. Then they took the box and found that box sealed was broken. This is so unproffessional. Beware guys. They sometime act as if they will break the seal for you. Never let them break the seal. The Mobile Store — MOBILE STORE IS THE WORST RETAIL STORE
I brought an HTC Viva phone from Mobile store on 5th June. Till date i have not got the bill for the same.He had also promised a pouch and some other freebies if purchased from the mobile store.. Till date no response inspite of rigourous follow ups.

Hotspots retails limited gurgaon — Not replacing my mobile phone purchased from Hotspots
I have purchased a new mobile phone (IMEI : [protected]) dated 21/9/2008. I was given the warranty of 1 year at the timing of issuance based upon there bill. No separate Warranty card was given to me. Mobile stopped working properly after 1 week and there were issue related to mobile charging. I visited their service centre and it get repaired after 20 days. But problem did not get sorted out and I gave the mobile for repairing 2 times more taking a period of around 2 months. Somehow they temporary solved the issue. But again after 1 month I faced the same problem. The Service centre associated suggested me to go to retailer from where I purchased the mobile. But the Hotspots retail centre located at Sahara Mall Gurgaon were not listening to my complain and the problem which I am facing from so long time. They refused to replace my mobile which is in warranty period.After all my efforts get failed, I am requesting you to take proper action against them. I have hardly used the mobile for 3months during such a long period. My 3 complaints are registered in Serivce centre located at Gurgaon and Delhi.

Please Mr.varun go to the service centre and told him to change the handset from nokia ...its not the matter of hotspot retail ...If the problem is occured within 2days of purchasing, the handset will exchange immediately ...if problem is occured after this time period then nokia care centre is responsible for giving the new handset to the consumer, incase of the nokia care centre is not able to resolve the problem

On 24th Nov. 09 a bad experience of the same problem of 8th June came and forced me to visit that same service center because it is near to my residence .My call no. is DEL-FL-049774.Since then I am pursuing personally by going to ACCEL frontline twice in a week but all in vain till today.No body picks the telephone No.46561896. Now about one month is going to complete, staff says that we can not comments on when your mobile set will be ready because fly company don't gives us good response.
Now I am totally fad up with this set as well as your service center's services.Now a days mobile set is urgently required because my old mother is sick.You are requested to change my set with new one and advice me from where to collect it.If you will also not consider my problem I will feel that you are also compelling me to go to consumer court.

I purchased a V 70 fly mobile IMEI No. [protected] on 07/03/2009 from Hotspots Retails Limited outlet, 10 New market Malviya Nagar, New Delhi vide INV. No.[protected]. My customer ID No. is [protected].
After about 50 days I felt disappointment when I found that its hand free is not functioning. For this I had to approached to Accel Frontline services limited service center at Nehru Place, ND.After a long persuasions with this service center finally I got back in 23 days.
On 8th June 2009 this mobile set became out of order, again I had to went to same service center and faced same problem and got this repaired set after 15 days.

I am agree with this...
As i am facing same problen=m with MOBILE STORE located in FC road Shivajinagar Pune.
They are not having mobile phones for testing purpose..
I Purchase Sony S312 mobile from that shop as i took out that phone and inseritng SIN tried to call for testing then i felt Voice is vibrating, I told them according to that but they are not ready to agree on that...also store manager is not doing his roel in that view.
they told me u will get back 85% back and then u will get new one or replace this one.
Why should i lost my 15% amount for 5-10 min time.
Also store people not ready to cooperate on same matter also manager of the store.
Its totaly harashment of the public...

Hotspot mobiles. — No proper service
To whomsoever it may concern:This is in reference to the Nokia mobile phone (6300) that I bought from Hot Spot Mobile Store in Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 18 Sep 2008. I was sold a 2 year warranty (care pack) service on the mobile phone by the store person and I have made an additional payment also. The phone IMEA number is [protected].
I have given the phone for repair under the extended warranty on 21 March 2010 at the same store (store code: 956) and have also indicated the mobile number on which I can be reached. However, I have never heard from the store on the status of the phone repair.
I walked into the store 3 times in the last 2 weeks but ended up getting excuses for not being able to update me. Twice, I was told that it is power cut time and hence they will not be able to check the status and the third time I was told that the service is only between 10 AM to 8:00 PM. I was in the store around 9:00 PM.
Unfortunately, nothing is mentioned on the service job sheet regarding the timing. Over and above this, the sales person was quite rude and behaved as if the store is doing a great deal of favor to me.
It has surely caused a lot of inconvenience of not having the phone for more than 3 weeks and above all, I don't even know the status of my phone.
I thought your store has a brand, a chain of stores and the service might be good; hence I bought a phone there. I guess, I am totally mistaken and now I know that the people lack customer service too, leave apart servicing the mobile instruments.
I have also tried on the Mobicare line no[protected]mentioned on the job sheet) and it says that the number does not exist. I wonder if this email will reach anyone.
My complaint is on the following:
1. No proper response
2. Inconvenience caused due to lack of reponse
3. Unwelcomed behavious of the store person.
4. Wrong information on the job sheet (incorrent mobile number).
A quick response to solve my issue will highly be appreciated.

i have been duped by spice hot spot. they are cheat. selling 2nd hand stuff. Please please dont purchase from any of the franchise. I was duped by rs10000 by buying a spice mobile. the vendor would motivate to buy those duplicate stuff and keeping them in open packet and not sealed and sell them to customer by saying that they would return it if the phone does not work. However, once u r given money to them then u do request as much u can they would not return a single pie and the phone cost would be one third. they are real cheat. i am going to consumer court for the agony they are giving to customer..

the pf office is very careless as they lost my pf form and now i think i will have to redo it, though i am complaining i know nothing is going to happen, damn its very frustrating, govt offices need to be more responsible. hot spot mobile store is one of the worst mobile store i have ever seen . people working in this store are mannerless they dont have manners to talk to the customers . they are all bloody . i have bought a mobile of sony a few months ago and their are lot of problems but they are not ready to listen another thing is that they misbehave with the customers.

My sister has purchased a NOKIA classic handset and there was a problem while purchasing(she felt), , and then she asked the seller also... ... that dealer told her that it is due to some software issue ...
and may be after some hours it will work...
r they people making fools to others who r not aware of technology ... they took a authorization from nokia to make people fool ...
can u do some help in that ... she has already given her phone to that person but its more than 15 days now ...he is not able to deliver the mobile
