The driver demanded extra charge for AC even when the fare along with the service charge was already paid (prepaid)
He was rude and we had to suffer extremely hot weather because we refused to pay him extra

It's called "prepaid" for a reason! Why are we asked extra in the middle of the ride?...

Today at 12: 01 AM my father booked a prepaid taxi from one of the booth near Howrah Railway Station New Building, but he was charger extra amount ..the fare was 241, my father gave 300 rupees and he didn't got the remaining change after getting into taxi we came to know than the taxi booth man did not give the proper change to my dad ..So I kindly request u to consider this case and give solution to my problem as soon as possible ..Thank...

Kindly change it this is becoming Irritating as I am unable to change the number online.

People are constantly calling on this number it would be great if you could remove my number from the howrah prepaid taxi directory....
