I have given work of Trademark registration for my startup "Hook2Knot" on 20 Jan 2022. They had taken 10k to do the work and remaining 2k was to paid after work being done.

As pandemic hit in march 2022, they said government offices are not working and did not update anything about work till 2023. When I kept following with them, they gave me filing details and said we will keep you updated.

Suddenly on 16th or march, a lady from their office calls me to demand 15 k more to settle the office and get my work done. As I did not agree to pay extra money they did not appear in the office and now my application is marked as abandoned on the trademark website.

I have all the correspondence and WhatsApp chat with them regarding my follow-up and payment to them but they never answer the call nor reply to mails.

They have taken money and not delivered work as promised.

I will find out other office to do the needful but I want my refund from them.

This company has taken advance of Rs 3 lacs from us for trade mark services 2 years before and still not delivered the services .They promised us that they will get 4 trade Mark done within 1 month time.If not they will refund.

Now, not paying refund also and not attending phone calls also.When we send person for follow up, these people shout at our persons and behave rudely .
