Hello Sir/Madam,
I am recieving harassment calls from collection agents of HSBC on regular basis. I have paid all outstanding in the Year 2006 and there was no transaction after that. After 3 years i have recieved call that there is outstanding of Rs12000 and card is closed in May,2008 wheras card was blocked in 2006.
Please guide and help me to whom should i approach to close this issue.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Unjustified claim for payment
I am using HSBC Credit card from more than five years and so far they were providing excellent services.
However, I find their approach to customer has gone sea change and they have now started using methods to charge unjustified payment by any means.
Let me explain my situation ...
- So far I was depoisting my payment to their deposit box with Chaq dated due date.
and faced no problem at all.br...
