Hi I have paid 1100 rs for my 4 wheeler high security registration plate for registration no mp04ch0559 on 25 December 2023. It’s been more than 48 hours but I have not received any response from hsrpseva.in. I have mailed them about this but they are not responding. Please consider my complaint and UTR for the transaction is T2312250932211191052508. Please look into this issue and resolve the same. Sir I have paid 525 rupees payment for my HSRP Plate and Sticker. my amount get deducted but I don't recieved any Order id I just received the payment receipt. Kindly help to get back my amount.

I made a payment of Rs450 to hsrpseva.online website. The payment was made to some Ankit Kumar.
I did not receive any details regarding my HSRP Number Plate order. So I think the website is definitely fraud.
Can anything be done against the website and its owners?

I ordered HSRP from the site called hsrpseva.online but after making the payment they had only sent me the payment confirmation mail. I didn't receive any document related to the HSRP, even they have not provided me the tracking code or order number to check the status. I have been chasing these guys via email since last 3, 4 days but didn't receive any reply.
I am sure these guys are doing fraud. So, I request if this complain site is genuine please take some serious action against these type of fraud websites and the people behind that.

I have ordered high security registration plate on HSRPSEVA.ONLINE on 18/09/2021. I had paid Rs475 against it. Til now i didn't get my order.

I've booked a HSRP number plate using the Hsrpseva.online.
For my bike having registration number: UP14DZ0680
My issue is:
The amount is deducted from my account but no order id is generated....

I have ordered HSRP no plate. N after fillng all details asked I paid 450 rs.
N amount deducted but no registration slip or anything sent.

Also attaching payment slip received and some screen shot of site.
Plz take the action whatever required.

I have booked HSRP for my vehicle and successfully made payment of Rs 450 but after that i didnt recieved any order number or anything regarding HSRP.

I (Ruma Rani) submitted my hsrp fees Rs.475/- to anand feeling service for my four wheeler UP65CM8826 on dated 07.09.2021, Tr.ID-[protected] Time 20:29:25pm bank reference no.[protected], PayU Tr. ID-7658272 through debit card, but not generated hsrp details like appointment and other details. Complain no to PayU Ticket no.CU[protected] regarding (Transaction successful/order not placed) answer by PayU said we are only payment gateway plz enquiry your merchant. So plz issue my hsrp details and issue my hsrp no.plate.

My name is Rakshit Tyagi and I used HSRP SEVA Website to book high security number plate of my car and made the payment of 450 rs. But i didnot get any order confirmation and there is no customer contact number for it. It seems like a fraud to me . Kindly raise the complaint against it and refund the payment.

I had placed a order for hsrp plates for RS475 I did not get any order is and contact support at my email id in his confirm massege.
Please help me guys regarding my problem.

I had paid 475/- for my hsrp number plates via hsrpseva.online on 10th of September, 2021.
After my payment was successful, I received the below message:
Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 475.00 done for ANAND FILING SERVICE has succeeded from payu team
After checking with the dto office, there is no record of any fees or registration.
This site claimed to be authentic hsrp vendors.
There is no response for the emails.
