I need to change my name on pan card hence i did request on portal 'https://onlineservices.nsdl.com', i provided all details and made payment as well. But when i reached last step to authenticate aadhar card, it is throwing me error 'your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime.' tried to get help from customer care but didn't work.

Please resolve it asap.

I apply for pan card from this site and also make payment but at e-kyc time it show try again...
My money of 118.9 *2=237.8 (Twice) also deducted from my bank debit card...
I have wait for 7 days till now but no refund generated as now...
So please initiate the refund as soon as possible...

As I was trying to apply online pan card through Https://onlineservices.nsdl.com
Money deducted rupees 118. 9 but no positive response and it got unsuccessful. Web site worked fine till payment deducted successfully . As I got to know about this Web site from YouTube sources. Now I am waiting to get my money return. So kindly let me know When will I get my money refund ?
