I have taken a LOAN of 2248 payable amount is 3500 duration was 7 days.
They started calling on the 6 day itself from the morning 7:30 am on what's up threatening if you don't pay within 30 min we will start sending massages on your CONTACT list saying that you are bank fraudester, rapists and many more they declared ### for family members.
This kind of recovery is doing.
Your religion is so and so plz look into this

My brother took LOAN from this app from my phone.before the due date they kept calling me and asked to pay 3700 for 1700 LOAN amount.which is double amount ..upon questioning they used vulgar languages and threatened me that they will morph my photo and circulate it to others.to get rid of them I tried to repay but they asked me my UPI id and personal banking details..so i denied. they kept torturing me with different numbers and used abusive languages..i lost my temper and told them to do whatever they want...still I'm getting calls from them! please consider this complaint..i can see mANY COMPLAINTs about this fraud app and still many people are becoming victims..take actions over this fraud ### . these ### must be punished!

Never took any loan from this app. They are continuously harrasing me on WhatsApp from various numbers and asking for repayment.

I haven't taken any loan from this bank/application but I'm receiving below attached messages. Please get it resolved soon.

Today morning i recieved message from Hugo loans, your loan repayment due date today kindly pay, i ignored than someone WhatsApp me pl make payment other wise we will contact your friends and family.
Once i putted my no their link and check so their showing 5700 payment due.
I am not understanding why this company calling me or sending message, i did never receive any amount not apply at Hugo site for loan.
Kindly check and take necessary action against this.

I only registered the app but uninstalled it later. Next day they send 1760 rs and asking me to pay 3200 i didnt even sign the agreement or approved for the amount dispursal they are continuously sending msg on whatsup and making calls and threatening. I made the payment twice still they are calling. Please take strict action.

Hello sir they sent some money to my account without my permission and now they are harassing me by getting all my contacts and my phone photos, I asked them to send me the account number so that I can refund the money but they keep sending me. They are asking me to pay huge amount with nude pic and link so they can deduct my money from my account plz what to do now? All my contacts and all my phone photos to him.

Such a fraud app.without any confirmation and clarification company credit some of the amount in account then harrasment goes on repay amount which is 50% more than amt which is credited form there side and then demand high amt from customer

Without my knowledge they transferred 2090 rs on 22nd September n after 7 days on 1st October called me asking 3800 rs..i m scared they may use my data .i don't know what to do..

Till now no money transferred but 8t is showing 3800 sanctioned in app..after seeing reviews I m worried about misusing my documents n contact list..i want to delete my data but I don't know how to do..

I took a loan of 3000 from Hugo loans app and the due is on 7th Sep 2022.
they started calling me on 6th and asking to make the payment when i told that due date is tomorrow they are threating to share my personal details on social and they have started sharing my details to my contact list.

i would strongly suggest to take action on this app and ban this app.

I had opted for a loan in Hugo Loan. I had also repaid the required amount before the due date. Even after that I received messages on WhatsApp threatening me to pay the amount once again. I denied to pay and they took out all my contacts and started sending vulgar messages to them. This app is a big money laundering organization. Please stop them

I installed Hugo loan app and was just checking my eligibility..they credited my account with 1100 rs withoit my knowledge and after 6 days sending msgs in WhatsApp telling to repay 2000 rs..and in different UPI Ida every time..one person blocked me one day and the next day another person WhatsApp me regarding payment in another I'd ..I m not going to pay the amount because I know this is fraud ..and they are blackmailing me...

After I put my details in this hugo loan app.they forcefully sent 1100 to my bank account without my knowledge and now they are blackmailing me for giving 2000.
They called me in whatsapp and told me that you didn't make your payment, now see what I ll do.when I asked them what will you do and why are you doing all these? The person cut the call.when i went to repay at [protected]@pnb upi id given by them in their repayment segment.when i went to pay in google pay app the upi id opened a name called Arindam saha n when I went to pay, google pay showed the upi id is flagged as frude.

This application is very big scam. I have download this app then i put my documents. After all process done. After some times they sent me 1650rs in my account without my concern or without asking that how much loan i could have get. I didnt even applied for loan ammount. Then they demanding to pay 3000 rs. How i can pay this is fraud. I didnt paid yet. Please do something about this application. Do some legal actions.
