I booked a product in Hustelzy.com for 1499 rs, and it was supposed to get delivered between 5-8 days. and There is no response from the customer care or whatsapp chat bot.

they are looting min 600 rs from 1 customer, imagine how much money they are making in a day.

I ordered a product from hustlezy on march 12 2024 worth over 1000 rupees, they said it'll be delivered within 5-7 working days, but its been more than 10 days still they didn't even shipped my product. So i asked them to cancel it and refund me because i suspect them as scam. Then they said if the order is being processed then we can't cancel it. But the order neither processed nor shipped. They are cheating me and not responding me. Please...
