I have parked my two wheeler Activa at LB nagar metro parking and I was getting late to my office so the parking person asked me to pay and leave but I refused and said I'm getting late I will pay online but that person was rude. And when I came back to take my vehicle I saw one side mirror is missing that person removed my bike mirror. And the charges are unauthorised...

I want to make a complaint on Mr.Naveen, parking boy, on duty on[protected], at afternoon, at miyapur bike parking lot, who is very rude, careless and using abusive words towards customers.i request you to kindly take necessary action on that parking boy.Thanking you.

Excess collection of money and when I have parked my bike at 7.56 and removed at 10.45 and today when I parked again that ### in the parking lot charged excess 10 rupees and i have paid double charges for today and yesterday please do begging instead of this scams

Metro parking charges are different for same time of parking.
When a user parking his bike for 12 hours by taking a day pass the charges are rs. 15/- for the same time of parking his bike without taking day pass they are charging rs. 25/- which is not correct as per ethics. There is a loss of rs. 10/- for user in this case. On a total, imagine how big amout for day is being robbed here from passengers/users.

Ideally if the user parking more than 7 hours it should be converted to day pass automatically. They should take rs. 15/- as parking fee maximum for day irrespective o[censored]ser taking day pass or not.

Not sure if the management aware of this or contracters themself charging un officially. Either of the way it is not correct to charge differently for same time of parking.

Could you please take action accordingly.
