I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have encountered with a recent online purchase made through the e-commerce platform Flipkart. The seller in question is Hydtelretailssales, and the product in question is the Apple Airpods 2nd Gen, which I ordered on December 25th, 2023. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the Apple Airpods were not in new condition, as advertised, but rather were refurbished. Additionally, one of the airpod grills has a faded color, indicating a significant defect. Concerned about the quality of the product, I promptly contacted Flipkart's customer support to initiate a return and seek either a replacement or a refund. Regrettably, my initial request for return was rejected by Flipkart. I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to receive products in the condition they were advertised, and I am entitled to a resolution when the received items do not meet the specified standards. I kindly request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that I receive either a new, non-defective set of Apple Airpods 2nd Gen from the seller Hydtelretailssales or a full refund for the purchase. I have attached relevant documents, including order details, pictures of the defective product, and communication with Flipkart's customer support, for your reference.

Flipkart sent me fake and old Airpods(hashtag#OD[protected]. I purchased the product on[protected] and the warranty on the product was till[protected] only(less then 12 months). When I called Apple they said the serial number was invalid.

Shabdd Jindal had purchased an iPad 9th generation 64gb space grey wifi only on 12th may 2023 and got it delivered on 13th may 2023.
When i opened the package the original apple seal was tempered and other seals were also tampered
When i opened the Box the iPad was also not covered with the paper protection layer.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE BY FLIPKART
We tried contacting to Flipkart and apple but got no reply.br...

I have order apple airpods worth rs 12499/- from flipkart but seller provided my local brand open seal box airpods. after so many follow up with flipkart they extend my timelinefor resolution.kindly refund my money or replace item otherwise i will go to consumer court.

This seller did fraud with me i ordered shoes on flipkart due to some reason i cancel order i paid thru paytm upi but i didn't get refund and seller tell flipkart that refund is completed i show my bank statement to flipkart but flipkart didnt help me i ask them to show me bank statement and reference but they didn't show me

I ordered puma shoes from flipkart and the seller of the shoes was hystelretailssales and the product was changed of what I ordered and now I am raising return request regularly but they just cancelled them. And also flipkart wasn't doing anything about this.

Dear sir/madam, I ordered a mobile from flipkart realme GT Master Edition [(hydtelretailssales) seller name ] and I canceled it In few hours but I ordered through prepaid method but the seller had not refunded me but simply telling refunded initiated and in my mobile its clearly showing refund canceled but I did not receive the refund i am sending you my bank statement still today 05/11/21 the ordered date is28/10/21 kindly take action and once again initiate my transaction
