Led tv service about warrenty
I have purchased 50 inch hyundai led tv from aashirwad electronics, bhor(Pune) dealer 1 and half year ago. According to company warranty promise warranty are upto 3 years they have told me. I have warranty card also. About 1 month ago my this tv stopped working suddenly and no power on. So I visited the dealer where I have brought this tv. He told me that company will replace the tv definitely and he raise complaint for the issue. Since about to nearby 1 month I can't get problem resolved. I am fully disturbed and dealer didn't entertain me properly.

I had already earlier file the complaint against Hyundai Electronics but Ihadnt get any repronse from them . Kindly I m requesting u again to file the complaint against my Duplicate Hyundai TV . Please I m requesting u to change the product which is already in warrenty period.

I purchased a Hyundai Smart tv UHDTVHY5098QNZ25-V on 15.december.19.
my invoice number is 208/2019.
When i openned the tv at home after purchased and see the back side of the tv there is no i have found that there is a something missing in the back and there was not some screw in the tv backside.

About Defective TV Set

Sub: Informing about Major Defect in the purchased TV Set – Model No:HY8500 QS – Serial No:[protected] Reg.
I wish to state that , I am the consumer residing at the above address had purchased the above model 34 Inches TV Set of your esteemed company from the Next Retail Showroom – Tambaram Branch , Chennai- 600 045 on 30th July 2010. Ever since the date of purchase of the said unit I was coming across with noises in the TV Cabinet which was duly attended by your service crew. Now on 29th December 2010 when I switched the TV Set in the morning I was shocked to see the pictures in bad shapes both vertically and horizontally and also with bigger rattling noises from behind the cabinet . Therefore immediately I had contacted your Service Call Centre 39404040 and had informed the complaints I came across , they had assured that my problem will be attended within 24 hours. My Complaint ID is :PSC [protected]. But to the discountenance and dismay it was not attended till evening 6.45 PM of 30th December 2010 . I fear to operate the TV Set for viewing unless it is being attended to promptly. Please do the needful in this regard and oblige as you are aware the customers are the most valued persons for your establishment.

hi
we had Hyundai lcd tv which is brought from Singapore
model no hdtv 3000
it awas not workin when we showed it to a authorized service center they said that we need to change the video board but its not available

its a 8 pin connector board

Hyundai Electronics — Colour resolution problem in TV.
R/Sir/MadamMy Hyundai TV Model no.(HY29198) & Sr. no.[protected] is not showing colour properly, since i have bought it[protected].
Also buttons given on right side are not working, so please make a solution for this as soon as possible.
