I have paid 450 rupees for the application form of IB ACIO on 15 December 2023. Money got debited from my account but in the application form it said payment was pending, due to the last date boundation i paid my fees again but till now I do not get my refund which was debited for the 1st time.

I have made a payment for IB acio exam for Rs500 my money got debited and the payment status was shown as failed. I mailed to the help desk but they didn't refund my money. I'm so disappointed that they didn't even look into the issue. Now I feel like I made a huge mistake by applying for this exam

I have paid for the application form of ib acio exam on 9th of Jan through hdfc NetBanking. For the first time it said payment successful and the money got debited but in the application form it said payment was not done. I didn't receive back my money. I have waited for 3 working days. Till now I didn't get the money I paid....

During payment of ib acio form money is deducted form bank account but form is not submitted. I did payment through airtel upi

I have applied for IB ACIO and paid fee through sbi debit card. The money is deducted but the same is not updated on application form....

My application fees has been deducted twice from my bank account. Kindly repay me my xtra deducted amount.

I've made the payment and the payment status is showing success in my BHIM App but the payment didn't get through their server.
There's some bugs in their payment gateway.
Kindly resolve this.

On 25/12/2020 at 12:01 am I made a payment for IB ACIO through UPI in my UPI app it shows me a successful transaction but in the application, it shows me a failure of the transaction (payment pending) please do something...

Today i had my ib acio exam. My exam center was ramanujan college near deshbandhu college, kalkaji new delhi. The exam was supposed to be start at 10 am but the investigator came to classroom at 10: 10 am and distributed omr sheet at 10:15 and took back omr at 11:00. You can see cctv footage is you want and it's not the problem with my classroom but many students faced the same problem at this center. The management system was pathetic. Kindly took appropriate action. Many students are waiting for your response.!!!
This exam of my center should be cancelled.

This is regarding the ib acio ii recruitment exam. My exam was at adarsh vidyalaya, adarsh nagar, raipur. The exam was scheduled for 10-11 am. I had the following issues :

1. We were given the entry in the exam center at 9:45 and the omr and question papers were distributed at 10am. The omr should be given at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam time so that candidates can carefully fill it up as you get only a single omr sheet so you cannot afford to make any mistake.

2. As expected, it took around 10-15 minutes to fill up the omr. This time should be given to the candidates for solving the questions only.

3. For other formalities too, the invigilators were disturbing the candidates which should be completed before the commencement of the exam as the time allotted was 60 minutes for 100 questions and the candidates have to maintain the concentration throughout the exam. They cannot afford to get disturbed while solving the questions.

4. Answer sheets were taken back exactly at 11 am, which means no extra time were given to us. So, effectively we had only 45-50 minutes at the most to complete the question paper.

As it is a center specific issue, it may lead to the difference in the scores of the students of the particular center and the whole of india. I would request to the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter as the circumstances were not made uniform so you cannot expect a healthy competition among the students.
