My name is Kanika. I ordered apple watch strap from casecart website. This was the third attempt to order, as twice earlier they didn’t deliver the product nor was there any communication from them. When i wrote a bad review, finally the third time, the product was sent. And when i received it, it a wrong product.
I made return/refund request on website. But no response. No one either answers calls nor any response on the chat. When i click on chat icon, it directs to whatsapp chat where no one reads or responds. I want my money refunded.

Pls find attached the picture of product received & invoice (which mentions what was actually ordered)

I ordered a product- apple watch strap, which they sent me after ordering three times… prolonged delay… that too only after writing a bad review. Finally when the product reached me, it was incorrect. I have placed return request for refund on their website link but no response. The product order doesn’t show up on their website. No one answers calls and no one responds to the chats. The chat link takes me to whatsapp and no matter how much i write there, there is no response. I want my money refunded.
