This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a credit card of ICICI bank from 2005-06 and I have already make the all my dues with fine which was raised by bank, but till now that bank is not ready to give the clearance latter or NOC. I was visited many times at Ludhiana branch of ICICI bank

illegal debit from saving account agains CC payment
ICICI is illegally stopeed my saving account for not making 1 emi on 2007 of credit card eventhough my Saving account was having more that 4 time money than the credit card balance .
ICICI shld stop doing this illegal practice of linenceing (freezing) saving account with intimating the account holders and this is against the RBI regulation
