Housing finance cheating people and harrassing wantedly
ICICI Bank fraud and cheating innocent borrowers
My brother has taken housing loan from icici housing finance Hyderabad secundrabad branch but during COVID he didn't paid his emi for 3 months but after that his paid 3 months due after talking with bank agent named Ashok he wantedly cheated my brother and said us that nothing will happen pay emis normally but after some time he again came and painted our house as symbolic possession we asked him he told us that just pay 15 k we will regularise the account and everything thing will be sorted out my brother went to bank and paid 15 k and they asked to attach new bank account he complied with what every they said bank people said that everything is ok now u can pay instalments but all of a sudden on Feb 3 they gave us eviction notice even though my brother is paying emis regularly till now we ask the bank manager said that I can't do anything now it's mistake but u have to file case in DRT court the person who told us that everything will be normal (Ashok) he also didn't responded we file case in Hyderabad DRT 2 and got status quo in Feb till now we are paying emis regularly but this Ashok and bank is wantedly harrassing us without any point and abusing my bother and mother in our apartment and defaming we got cheated and harrased by this bank I have all the proof that we communicated properly with bank officials we have been wantedly harrased without any reason even though we have been paying emis every month they are doing this to recover lumpsum amounts from borrowers because drt court order to deposit 25% of Total loan amount to bank for stay order that too with in 3 weeks for that this people are harrassing innocent people

Hi,
My home loan account has moved to icici hfc from dhfl without taking any consent from us and they were not considering this accounts to reduce the roi as part of regular downgrade of interest from govt.
I have raised requests many times, but not taking any decision or call on this.
Not allowing to come out side of that as well.
Please help us.
