Non Receipt of premium paid receipt

sir,

I had paid premium amount of Rs. 20000.00 thru credit card and i need soft copy of the receipt immediately as i need to submit to my company to calculate tax. Hence i would request to kindly send me a receipt copy thru mail immediately. Details given below:
