My connection id is ic4801 and I recharged, unlimited 10 mbps for 3 months plan.
When I went for payment, it shows 500 rs. extra for reconnection, Please explain why did you charge for reconnection.
Secondly even after recharge of 3654 /- total amount, my internet is not working and still showing Please give the reason and activate my account.
Now iconnect broadband number is also not working....

We have internet connection which is provided by IConnectBroad band, Pune.We have done recharge for 812 rs.Because of interrupted service for 4 days .
We disconnected it, on the next day of recharge.
Now we are asking for refund of recharge amount.I am following up from3 months.They are not taking in action....

I recently moved to Pimple Saudagar area and opted to have Iconnect broadband. But this was a mistake as they are looters. Half of the time the BB doesnt work and support number is switched off.
