dear sir,

I was apeare in jaiib exam on 27/11/2011. my exam centre was ICAM south ext -1 new delhi. when i complete my all quistion and clik the submit batton then computer showed that due to server problem 16 answer is not saved. i try to submit again but systom was going in proccessing. when i coll for suport then i found that except gaurd and sub staff no body was there for any technical suport. I wait 1/2 an hour and try to resubmit but due to technical problem i cant able to submit my answer successfully.
so you are requested to take this matter very seriously and try to solve my complain as soon as possible.

I APPLIED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN APRIL 2011,AND I GOT AN INTIMATION BY MAIL ABOUT THE ALLOTED NUMBER TO ME IN MAY 2011.AND IN JUNE I GOT A CALL FROM THERE SIDE STATING THAT THE CARD GOT RETURNED DUE TO CERTAIN PROBLEMS,SO WE WILL SEND THE SAME AT YOUR BANK ADDRESS,I PROVIDED THE COMPLETE ADDRESS DETAILS OF MY BRANCH.BUT TILL NOW I HAVNT GOT IT,I MAILED [protected]@iibf.org.in REGARDING THIS BUT STILL NO RESPONSE.I MAILED THEM 10-15 TIMES TILL TODAY.
IS THERE ANY LAW OR ORDER IN THE COUNTRY?? BECAUSE EVEN AFTER PAYING MONEY I WONT BE ABLE TO WRITE THE EXAM AS 26 AUG 2011 IS THE LAST DATE,AND I AM STILL IN DI

I applied for JAIIB this year and was able to write my 1st chance (exams) in May by Online.I was sent a admit letter with exams timetable and online password. I was receiving IIBF Vision magazine regularly withour fail.
But for Nov exams ,there was not admit letter sent to me . When enquired with the South Zonal office they told me that it was dispatched and that you have to take a copy from the website. When i login into the site, it does not give me a password for the online exam. When i called up the Zonal office they kept saying to take a print from Online to write the exams. There seems to be no response from the South Zonal office regarding it. I kept mailing them to have my exams cancelled as they did not send the admit letter. They denied and stole the money which i paid as fee.
The Institute does not send letters to candidates, but says that they have sent. By doing this they can make candidate to write exams every year. When exams are conducted online why does the admit card sent to the email address instead of a letter which does not reach the candidate?


Money is the only motive for the institute.
